Well if the paralegal would have let me talk instead of harassing me about my brief situation i was trying to explain. I may have had a better outcome. However, the paralegal was extremely rude on the phone, wouldn't let me talk and ended up hanging up on me like a jerk.

Super nice. They didn't mind that I had my son and my friends daughter with me, both of them are toddlers. Even gave the children some colors and pages to color. Very respectful, very informative. Worked with me on payments and I am hoping that as we move forward we continue a good relationship.

I had a great experience with the Law Office of Frank E. Mann. We had a long battle that started in March and has ended today with a win. It was an immensely difficult case involving a grandmother and a granddaughter. We had to go to mediation a couple of times but the other party did not want to agree to anything. Hence, we had to go to trial. We had to go to court trials multiple times from temporary to final. It was a lengthy process but The Law Office of Frank E. I had a very difficult case. My son has been going through a long term recovery after enduring an almost 90% burn in an accident on Thanksgiving 2018. During his recovery it became very evident that his father and I could no longer share custody of our 15 yr old son. My son's father is very difficult to reason with and Frank did everything to ease my mind while assisting in winning custody and child support when these things were not willingly given by my son's father due to his pride. After working with another attorney out of state for 4+ years, my complicated child support case was transferred to Texas and I hired Frank. That was THE BEST DECISION I could have made in advancing my case and recovering child support and arrearages owed to me going back more than a decade. In addition, Frank was able to negotiate my legal fees and interest owed on the arrearages which resulted in a more significant judgment than what I was initially seeking- essentially more money in my pocket to take care of our child. Frank Mann is the rudest, uncompassionate person I have ever met with in my life. He cuts you off mid sentence, waists your time and charges you for it, and makes it visible that he has no concern for you or your children in the situation. $7000 upfront is what I paid this lawyer but I did all the work and fighting throughout the case and in court. I won but, honestly feel I could have done it without him. I waited till my case was closed to write the way I feel because I know this guy would have jeopardized me in court if I told him how I feel beforehand! There's no way this man could ever be a church going man. You will see yourself, I am sure if that.

He proceeded to give me another customers name and number who I don't know. I stated I had not called before. I needed an attorney to help my daughter yo fight for past payments. He asked me if I was starting a new case. I started to give him a short answer when he sighed. I told him I would find a better attorney. Not sure why he was so rude.

Hi, I would like to start off by saying that if u have this attorney then u have a very good one.He gets straight to the point and doesnt charge a arm and a leg like most attorneys.I was told by the court that I would have to do 6 months jail time due to back pay I owe in child support.My case was set for trial and I was more stressed than ever.I knew I had to either come up with a lot of money to pay towards my back pay or be prepared to go do six months.Well, Im glad to say I didnt have to do either because today at trial my case was DISMISSED! Didnt even have to sit in court long to be honest.Respectful secretary, great service great lawyer..

After being separated for 4 years and never been able to get the divorce done, I finally found Attorney Mann, he was the first attorney that offered financing, which was mainly why I couldnt hire an attorney before, he was able to find and serve my ex husband, even though he was in another stare and I had absolutely no idea on where he lived, and now I am officially divorced. Very happy with the service and I never had any problems, I always got a quick response when I email his office and theyve always been supportive and super nice. He will sit with you in court an explains everything in details so youre never lost or condused. Based on my experience, the staff was awesome but Attorney Mann was not. He did not know ANYTHING about my case when he showed up to court and didn't even know my name. He was very unprofessional and referred to my son's father as my 'baby daddy.' I sent him an email expressing how I felt and I received a letter the next day saying he was dropping my case. Mind you, I paid faithfully every month, never missed a payment. I paid a total of $2500 and he only made ONE court appearance. I was told he is known to do this. I WOULD NOT recommend him.So now, I am being bullied by Mr. Mann threatening to file a lawsuit for defamation of character for writing the review. Everything I said was based on my experience and I am entitled to my own opinion.

Mr. Mann worked very hard from the consultation through trial. He asked specific questions and asked me what I wanted and told me what he could do. He advised me how the trial would work and what to expect. This was a very difficult time, but Mr. Mann and his staff kept me informed every step of the way with detailed advice and now I am finally free. Primary custody, 50% property division, no alimony, no child support. I have supported my child the past 5 years and will support my child and be a great father until I am gone from this earth. Mr. Mann's has now made it so much easier and stress free for me to be a great father!

I was schedule for a 2:30 appointment on 4/06/18 with attorney Frank Mann. Unfortunately, this was hands down the worst consultation ever. (I made that statement because, I am a legal assistant and have had the privileged to sit in on many consultations.) The attorney was callous, showed no empathy and very un apologetic. He let me know up front that the 30 minute free consultation was short and concise and all he need me to do was answer yes or no. (Assuming, I guess we could not run over the time limit because possibly I could not afford his service) Needless to say the consultation did not last 5 minutes because he was so rude and brash. I proceeded to walk out and he gestured that I get out. No worries lawyers are plenty in this city. The young lady upfront referred me to another attorney as I expressed to her that I should have listened to the reviews. On my way home, Mr. Mann called me to let me know that he was informed that I was unhappy with his services. He also threaten me regarding me writing a review. Thank God for technology because my phone shows that the call was made and I was able to capture his threat. Listen, he knew I was not happy when I left.It's not about the free consultation because, I can pay my way. However, I will not patronize anyone who does not value me as a client Take the reviews serious people.

Frank Mann accomplished the impossible for our case and won us, me and my disabled son, custody of our 5 year old grandson. This was the happiest day! I come from a family of lawyers and I know how hard and difficult it is to find the 'right match' in the partnership with your family and a lawyer.
