I highly recommend Busby & Associates. I was recommended by a family member, that also, was helped him with his immigration status. in my case, Busby helped me with my divorce. He was very attentive and fought for what was right.

I was reccomendded to contact this attorney for family law, I was very clear abouy my financial ability in my inquiry. At our first appointment, the assitant actually knew very little about family law and was saying many things that were completely contradictory to presidented case law that I have researched over a seven year period. I was basically told that I could pay for a non refundable retainer of 3500 up front or I could break the law. I would not go here for legal services. They are not dressed professionally, with bleach stained jeans and t-shirts. Their staff apparently dont know very much about case law, and they are only about the money, not about results.

I want to start by stating that I hired mike, and Busby and Associates to help me fight for my daughter. Busby and Associates are very friendly and passionate, mike is a very straight forward guy and does a great job helping you understand what your case means and helping you understand what you sign I will hire him again if I ever have a problem.

I went to Corina and Mike when I had to go back to court for my custody case. I knew my case would be a tough one to win due to Texas being a mother state. Mike and Corina did everything within their ability to win the case. Corina was able to give the the attentiveness I needed when I needed it. Mike is fearless and hard fighting. I would recommend them.

I am very happy with the finalization of my divorce. mike and his staff was very helpful and patience. It was times i was upset that things where moving slow and i was not always nice about it. they where understanding and stayed professional. Except it is one black haired girl at the front desk that needs help in that area. She doesn't seem to follow up on things. Corin is the best i loved her. She knows everything about your case. Mike was great during mediation. he explains everything to you and makes sure you understand whats going on. They work with you and let you make payments. He also gave me an AWESOME discount on my final bill. His price was very reasonable compares to my ex lawyer fee's. no discount for anything and they asked for lump sums of payments. they did not let him make payments like mike allows you to do. So glad i decided to go with busby & associates. We settled in mediation and i got everything i asked for in reason. Mike advised me on what was worth fighting for and what was not. He advised me to try to settle in mediation if possible due to more lawyer fee's if we had to go to trial. So i never felt he was just out to run up a lawyer fee to charge me. Great place everything is not perfect but i am glad i went with mike and his team.

I hired Mike to handle a custody suit I was served with by my ex-husband. It was definitely going to be one heck of a fight given my ex had some serious mental health issues and a lot of financial backing. If I could I wouldn't leave a star, I didn't even get to speak to a lawyer the customer service is horrible the phone was answered by a simple 'hello' no law firm name no how can I help you, I asked to speak to a lawyer and she said that no one is in the office and when I asked her when can I talk to one she says I don't know when they will be in, she didn't ask for my name, a number they can call back on. After an awkward moment of silence of my waiting for her to ask for my details or for her to speak I hanged up! This is not a law firm because a professional business will at least hire someone with good customer service.Update: Please see response of the owner just to see the professionalism, take ownership for the mistake of your staff, this is not a connection issue as I was calling from the United States and your assumption that I am calling from Russia is just off putting and just weird to event assume that from a written review (FYI I am Canadian in case you want to make another assumption) I did find a good law firm with staff that knew how to answer the phone, announce the law firm's name when answering the phone and actually take my information for a callback.

Recent divorce case with the Law firm of Busby and associates. Mr Busby was particularly helpful in seeing the case to its conclusion and he also helped by offering a discount with my legal fees. Will recommend busby and associates.

I hired Mr. Busby in July of 2015 for my divorce. He was my third lawyer for this divorce case and I already went through mediation with another counselor; my ex-wifes attorney were playing games. Only when I hired Mike, I begin to fill comfortable in such uneasy times for me, he listened to my concerns and gave the best advice. Unfortunately another party drag this case which was mostly around property rights to the court. Well, with Mr. Busby on my side, Judge ruled SUBSTANTIALLY HIGHER SETTLEMENT, than was in my offer before case went to the court. I also would like to note his reasonably negotiable attorney fees. I am definitely glad to have use Mr. Busby and I will absolutely recommend him, my only regret that I did not hire him as my first attorney.

I signed up for a chapter 7 bankruptcy. They were the cheap[est in Town. Office manager was a good lady who was very helpful. I had no problems and would recommend them to you. Good luck and Good bless

I hired Bianca Flores with Busby & Associates for my divorce. I met Mr. Busby but he was too much too aggressive, I wanted diplomacy not a fight. Bianca was able to get me everything I wanted. My husband was possessive and controlling. Visitation is limited to days for 1 year and all the pick and drops off are at a police station. I only had to to go court once, Bianca was the best. Sir u filed forged paperwork and I'm very suspicious it may have been your idea for an ex of a past client..u are reason my kids are abandoned in the Philippines with no family being raised by teen nanny that has no children..you made me look like I agreed to divorce but I did not...i even filed an answer stating I didn't.I hope you can see the affects it has on 2 beautiful well raised kids..i changed 98 percent if diapers while wife was busy getting drunk and abandoning children..its been almost 2 years and the mom is in United States. Leaving them...and still they are not back..u can tell I tried to avoid her going to jail..but hired a handwriting expert that can state that's not my signature ...its from a left handed person..see I initialed everything I signed in agreed custody..never divorce decree.And I suspect you are the brain behind a 1 and 4 year old gets left in 3rd world count0ry while mother is busy showing pictures getting drunk in converts and very often..she even broke her tooth falling on floor from alcoholism.i wish u call me because I'm a good soul and u can tell...after I purchased many companies in philippines..you know I was scammed by her and her ex husband.for you knew she had given full custody of her 3 past children to him..the youngest was only few months old..i paid all expenses since I wanted to provide a home for her and her children..her x was unemployed.he used the credit i helped him get through me paying home and vehicle for 7 years at high 9 percent interest..so you can see..thwy are American citizens and you promoted them living abroad..It can resemble and repr3sent what you stand for..a.dollar over being a man that stands up for what's right and not promote parentless children being left in 3rd world country..you knew by her giv8ng her past 3 kids away that being a mother is not important to her life.Y'all broke my spirit..and still recovering..they were my best friendsI wish you can see our videos..
