Our case was unique in many aspects and they worked with me to get answers, address concerns and continually did research to help my family. I'm honestly not even sure where to start. I had previously dealt with 4 other attorneys in various matters regarding custody of my son over the last several years which cost me a good deal of money and left me very disillusioned, and then I found Anthony Pax at Coker, Robb, and Cannon. I was in the fight of my life and losing would have meant that my son would be going to live overseas with his mother. Anthony Pax and Holly Keen did an amazing job, and while I dont think I would necessarily use the word 'happy' to describe my feelings, and I hope (albeit probably in vain) to never see the inside of a courtroom again, I wouldnt want anyone but Anthony on my side.

They said our case would be $2500 to end child support (kids are 18 & 21 out of school). Ended up costing almost $4000. They sent out unneccessary documents and upped the bill. The amount they tell you is for initial work only not the total cost. They are open odd hours. Best way to reach them.is by email.

I was more than taken care of by this law firm. My attorney Shelby Hart believed in my case since day one. My situation was far from easy, I was trying to move out of state with my son to start a family with my husband. His father wanted to restrict me to the county I currently lived it. All they care about is money. They care nothing for their clients. After they screwed me in my divorce case I found the attorney I have and got me everything Malorie didnt. He was also very willing to work with someone in my financial situation. They have a reputation with other attorneys in the area as money hungry. I actually had one attorney say to me So how much did they end up taking from you. Wish I would have known this sooner or I never would have hired them. They took $7000 from me and I had nothing to show for it. Please be warned and really think before you hire them.

In late 2012, as a result of abuses by my daughters husband toward her and her two boys, we retained Duane Coker and his firm. A nearly five year battle ensued and pretty much exposed us to the seedy side of divorces in Denton County, Texas. In particular, those who allegedly support the courts and the attorneyscourt appointed psychologists, court appointed Guardians Ad Litem etc. We should have realized these people had an agenda, but should never have wasted time and worry figuring out what it was. It was as frustrating as anything Ive ever encountered.Duane Coker, however, had the ability to see through, cut through and drive through the bullsh*t. We endured the pain of seeing young boys be forced to visit overnight with a man who previously broke their bones, exposed them to drunken tirades which resulted often in physical attacks on them and their mother. Yet Duane remained steady, explanatory, reasonable, and calm. He knew how to remove fear by simply sharing what was really predictable. While he did not often agree with the trends of that time period as far as reuniting families, he understood and helped us understand the process more often than not would eventually result in justice being served. He was strategically able to minimize the visitations because he knew as well the danger involved. He knew the aforementioned support group, while well-meaning had not yet grasped the kind of criminal the father truly was. Still he adroitly managed not only the support group but the opposing law firm, and every situation, while being completely honest, though pointed with the judge involved. His tactics were never underhanded, but straightforward. He never resorted to trickery, but he also did not broadcast his plans.Finally in 2017, the father gave up his parental rights, and showed his true colors: that being he had no interest in reuniting with, nurturing and fathering his sons, unless the end result could be he continue to control and thus abuse in some form or manner their mother. Duane even predicted it would happen, though he was surprised as were we all, it took so long.The case was expensive, but this was more due to the time the situation called for. Associates were involved, filings were involved, meetings, communications, motions for enforcement, contempt, and to compel. He had staff to pay to get it all done and it was, as mentioned a five year battle. In reality the cost was reasonable and well worth it.If there was ever a billing issue, it was fixed and it was minimalso minimal, in fact, I barely remember .Thanks to Duane Coker and all of the heroes at his firm, our grandsons and daughter are safe. While they still have questions and while we never spoke ill of their father to them or in front of them, the boys are healthy and growing and most of all happy, well adjusted and thriving. This too, in part is due to the solid advice given by Duane Coker.There is no doubt in our minds Mr Coker is one of the best attorneys in the country, and his firm is simply remarkable. The results say it as loudly as do we.

Was looking for information on the web for my divorce. I filled out a simple online form and within a short period of time I received a call. I was given all my options and the cost right up front. The process was pretty painless, hardest part was the hurry up and wait. Other than that, all my questions were answered and my divorce was final approx. 75 days after my first inquiry. My attorney hustled to get us in and out of the court house, we were there less that 45 min. Made a very difficult decision that much less difficult.
