Would not recommend, I was on the line of taking my ex wife back to court to attempt at getting 50/50. They were not sure if they could do anything, they just wanted all my financial info and before anything was ever even filed my bill was upwards of over $1000 and only met with the lawyer once. Waste of money and time on my part. I learned the hard way not to trust this firm.

CAUTION: They will destroy your family for cash. Sent me a stack of paper measuring 3.5 inches high > before even going to court. Paper work was just pre-fab templates with our name on it. Yet billed me for hours of work. Had to find another attorney that produced paper work less than 1/2' high for the entire divorce. She'll rob you and destroy your future. Those 'Top X' awards from magazines are given when u buy adverting in the publication. DON'T believe it.

While going through a divorce is though enough, this so called Law Firm will bankrupt you first. Spent over 6K with them over 6 months as they delay, push back thinking they know better. Went to a simply honest lawyer and got it done in 2 months. I fired my CC attorney after 6K+ and only seeing 4 PDFs at that point that he was so proud to produce. He could not even create an accurate spreadsheet. It was like 'Cut and Paste'. Beware. Hope this helps.

Blue collar, hard-working men out there avoid this firm. Firm could have saved our family over $10k if they had been realistic and chosen to share foresight so that the layman to make an informed decision. Watch out for strategy chargestheyre just having coffee on your dime. And they boast about competence while a more resourceful, wiser attorney produces better results for half the price!

I filed suit against my son's mother, not Dallas County Court Family Services! Attorney spent almost entire hearing questioning CFS leaving only time for 5 questions to dead beat mother. I was given estimated billing of $800 for discovery yet they billed me over $8,000! End result: $60,000 in legal fees and no way to enforce education of our child.

Tomekia Lee-Chaney with Cordell & Cordell took extremely good care of me. She was very attentive, professional and worked hard to secure my rights as a father. No doubt you can find a cheaper lawyer, but when the well-being of your kids are at stake wouldn't you want someone in your corner fighting for you? This is what I experienced with Ms. Chaney through this very difficult time in my and my kids lives.

If they did, I believe they would have handled it all in my best interests. Men, if you are going through a divorce do not hesitate to call this firm.

I've noticed that Cordell and Cordell have all the negative reviews removed. I've written one several times. These people lie, steal and destroy the lives of everyone they touch. Especially children. Mine are still messed up and always will be. I am as well. I will never recover from my divorce because of what these people did. Of course they will remove this. The only reason they get one star is because you have to pick at least one. I'd say negative 100 is more like it. They belong in prison.

This process for many can be very stressful, but Julianne was very assuring, organized, prompt, professional, and efficient from start to finish. While I don't wish divorce upon anyone, if your circumstances call for it, I strongly urge you to consider Cordell & Cordell, and Julianne Morgan specifically.

Ms. Jones has the upmost professionalism but is very genuine. Her knowledge of the law is remarkable. This is not an easy process but knowing Ms. Jones is representing me and that she is on my side has taken the fear out of it.

They went way over the budget I had set with them and botched my case badly. It cost me over $80k in my divorce and I lost any chance I had at getting custody. I had to hire a different attorney to clean up the mess they made.

Stay away from these jokers. They robbed me for every penny and it was not worth it. I'll be in debt for years because of them and I got nothing. They are all flash but they don't back it up.
