I definitely recommend Kelly! Shes straight to the point, knows the law and knows what can and cant be used in court. I needed help with renewing child visitation/support. We had a hard time finding the other parent to get served but Kelly and her assistants Lorraine and Michelle where always in contact with me, keeping me updated. The girls are real quick to respond to any question or call you have. I never waited over half a day for a response, thats how amazing these girls are. Anyways, Kelly got me exactly what I wanted and I am definitely going back to her again if needed. Thanks again.

Well paid $280.00 to what I thought was suppose to be a phone appointment but only talked to Kelly for maybe a min and was interrupted every time I tried to say anything about the situation and all she told me was what did I want her to do and also the same for her assistant. I was on the phone for maybe 20 mins total time and was on hold a couple time and got nowhere. Just to be told her prices. Rude and no help. The quickest $280.00 I ever spent. FOR NOTHING. Im sure she is a good lawyer but Im just leaving a review on my experience today.Well thanks for the apology and I just wanted to get something across and just frustrated with this situation that I have to go threw once again. Ill keep in touch

We had an appointment and were told that if we hired her the constellation fee will be waived. We were there a total of 20 minutes and she didn't really listen to what we had to say in our Concerns she got straight to the point on how much money she wanted and when we needed it by and that she wasn't going to wave a consolation fee which was $280. We left there feeling defeated and more stressed out then we were walking into that law office. Found a lawyer who didnt charge a consultation fee and who listened to us for over an hour

Ms. Koch can be blunt, but it was to let me know what was important. I believe that if I would have gone with a different lawyer that my overall outcome would have been detrimental to my children, my finances, and myself.

To say Kelly is the best attorney we could've hired would be an understatement. We had no recommendations to go by, so we started the divorce/child support/visitation process by having a few consultations with other attorney's who had 'the best' ratings beside Kelly, however, we were completely dissatisfied with the feedback we were getting. I am very impressed with Kelly Koch, and how well she worked our case. The judge wanted us to pay a ton of money to follow his 'process' which we found out was entirely discretionary. We hired Kelly and she was upfront with us, and let us know that it could take around 6 months. Well, she was able to get it in 1 month! We are very happy. Highly recommended.

When I first met Kelly she was very polite but blunt and didnt seem like she was on our side. I found later that is how she is. She wants you to be prepared for the worse. ALL I have to say is she is totally on your side will fight for you and knows how to win! She did exactly what we requested and I was so happy with the outcome of my husbands case because his ex is VERY 'difficult' to deal with but Kelly knew exactly how to make things happen and she is worth it. The first time I talked to Kelly, I told her I was considering a divorce and didn't know what to do, but I thought I needed a lawyer. Kelly spent an hour on the phone with me detailing the process and making sure I knew what would happen. She didn't want me to start anything I wasn't ready to finish. She was kind and helpful. Two years later I came back to her, ready to be a client. As with industry practice, I paid her upfront and she made sure I understood the contract and the agreement. She got my papers done and filed within 24 hours or so. She was helpful and supportive and made sure that I got all the legal advice I needed to make the decisions. She made sure I understood all the implications and supported whatever decision I made. I really feel that she cared for me, my case, and my children. I highly recommend her any have had several friends work with her and have had great experiences too.

Good service ended when my divorce was final. Since then I have had to hound her office consistently to get anything done. It started with my attorney disregarding my questions and now her assistant. Call after call, email after email go unanswered. A week after my ex-husband's wages had been garnished I had not received any mail or money. After I visited the AG's office here in town and they told me to contact my lawyer, I called her office several times leaving messages and finally learned they had not set up my account with the disbursement division. It will now be two weeks from when it was garnished in 3 days. I have now been calling for 3 days to see if they've completed that one step and I can barely get them to answer. Last time I spoke to her assistant she admonished me that 'it will take awhile'. I understand red government tape but now I'm not receiving the money I need to feed my children and pay bills because of their incompetence. As a newly single Mother I cannot in good faith recommend this office after these problems. They have callously disregarded my need. I had to file for emergency SNAP benefits.

Met with Kelly after reading ALL the mixed reviews from multiple sources. Most of the reviews were spot on. She IS honest and very direct, but maybe too direct for some people who are more on the delicate side. I am an accountant and know the true meaning of 'Time is Money'.... In her line of work, being direct saves me money. So, if you want an attorney to get you through the messy parts of a failed relationship/business deal, she is your best bet. But, if you can't handle the truth coming at you with break-neck speed then look elsewhere and pray they opposition doesn't retain her first. Good luck.
