Preloaded trailer was ready early, drop and hook went smoothly. Yard driver was friendly about moving the trailer out for me to hook up. Watch your weights through, couldn't make it legal for fed weight regulations, even without fuel. The rework has taken 5 hrs so far. So I found a number for the dc, they don't want to talk to drivers. Moving 1 pallet toward the rear shouldn't take this long. I have 13 years experience with refrigeration cargo. The smell matches any meat processing plant (if you're sensitive the pilot is 20 miles north).

I just hauled a Haz Mat load, make sure to check in with security guard in the Tannier dept. for live unloading which is down the street, 100 yards from the main entrance. They open at 7:00am, Mr. Torres got the trailer unloaded by 8:30am. Awesome job, folks! Let's keep America great place!!

I'm giving it 3 stars because the gentleman at the gate were very professional and well mannered. Unlike the rude female yard dog , trailer mover who I asked to move a trailer cuz it was too tight couldn't get the landing gear and she wanted to cop an attitude with me. If she doesn't like her job . Find a new one.

It was an okay experience for me when I went there. There is overnight parking on lot across from shipping office. love's truck stop down the road about 10miles. Usually a drop and hook and loads are ready towards the drop dead time. Call to check on load after initial sign in

Load.was supposed to be ready at 0600. Wasn't ready until 2000. Had minor difficulty with trailer. Yes, it was too high but was able to get.to landing gear. Asked someone if they had a scale here and she just shrugged her shoulders. Does she even work here?!Some female yard jockey was racing around the yard and some other yard jockey left his/her brights on while parked and the female slammed on her brakes because she almost hit a truck. Also she didn't connect the trailer lights. And these are 'supposedly' professionals?! What a joke. JBS in Grand Island is hella better!

Why set a appointment time for a Pickup load was supposed to be available 06:30 its now been 6 hrs and still waiting not counting on making many miles today

Well the people that check you in should be told to leave their cellphones in their vehicles because the three that were in the guard shack had a guy on the phone playing a video game with each other. I ask three times about my trailer and was told to hold on they were busy

Never fails, load is NEVER ready. Completely pointless to set appointment times when JBS can't even adhere to their schedule they set!Update: By 0500 they finally called to inform the load was ready. 15hrs after I had arrived.

It has overnight park. Avoid there bathroom at the dirt lot unless you want to catch 1millions infestation disease in there! Don't bother with appointment time for example, if your appointment time is 6am be expected to leave around midnight. Security people are nice. But the trailer mover guys are not with JBS instead its a contract business and they all don't give a damn about your trailer and give it some space so you can get to the landing gear to lower it because they literally put trailer VERY close together and lift it VERY high PURPOSELY to watch drivers struggle to try and crawl back there and lower it. Just don't show any emotions of anger or pain instead smile the whole time doing it so you don't GIVE THEM THE SATISFACTION OF SEEING YOU STRUGGLE! Humans are honestly demons that should perished from existence...

Drop dead times mean nothing to jbs anymore. They won't even tell you why it's not ready. Waiting lot is dirt, or mud if it's rained, with huge holes. Hope you don't mind trains blasting by, horns blazing, at 3 in the morning.Drivers restrooms are drop-tank style, no sinks, no running water, basically porta potties that aren't portable and they're not maintained well...if at all.I couldn't even call in to check on my overdue load because all the phones were 'down' and either rang busy or gave me a message saying 'all circuits busy, please try again later'.

They have over night parking it is a dust pit, there is a bathroom but it is nasty bring wipes. My load was to be ready between 0200 and 0600 got a call it was ready at 1830. Went and got it scaled and it is 2000 lbs overweight. Two people in the guard shack but one is working other is talking on their cell phone

Pick up process is ineffective. Why must drivers wait 24 hrs to pick up a scheduled load? You can say the driver is just complaining or you can admit there is a real issue here and seek to improve the process. Remember there ya customer on the receiving end.

Place is a joke. When you pick up your loaded trailer and it's on the right. Ha have fun lowering the landing gear or getting yard dog to stop and help you out

CANADIAN CARRIERS STAY AWAY!!!!!!! Worst place if you're getting loaded for Canada. First, our load was not ready on our appointed time. Dropped trailer and waited for it to be loaded. 30 hours later, trailer loaded but now waiting for USDA to sign off on paperwork. In total, having to wait in excess of 56 hours..... Not Worth It.

Great place to take your 34 hrs break and even more. Better spend that time at Pilot (20 mi North) or Love's (13 mi South). The original parking lot too dusty. By the way, they do have a washout for $22.

Freshly made tacos, burritos, enchiladas, ect. across the street at the convenience store: El Jacalito Convenience Store. Walk safely across the intersection and go the right a little bit past the bar. It'll say tacos and burritos on the front of the store.Overnight parking at the huge dirt lot across the street from JBS. Check in early if you want, give them your empty and they'll put your phone number on a call list. They'll call when it's ready.

Place is a joke. Nasty nasty nasty...worst JBS plant I've ever been to. Make sure to be prepared to sit for 20+ hours. Plenty of restaurants and a Loves about 12 miles away. Dirt lot with a nasty bathroom across the street. No amount of money is worth it to come here. Guards are rude, yard dogs are oblivious to anything.....STAY away..Never again.

Should not have to pay to use their own washout, should be able to get washout somewhere else. Phone numbers don't work.. Can't wait to never pick/deliver from here again...

Enjoying waiting 14 plus hours past your pick up to get that load. No ones knows when it will be ready and the ones who are suppose to tell you it will be ready when it's ready. They are worse then a Walmart disbo.

For some reason the trailer is cranked a foot higher than any truck in our fleet. Annoying with an empty, but it's actually dangerous when full. Back injuries are serious business. Looking around the yard that seemed normal so it appears they do it on purpose.Update: two days later I can barely stand up because of back pain. I'm certain it's from fighting the landing gear that night.

We're truck drivers, not cavemen. (See photos) The restroom facility designated for truckers in the 'waiting area' are damn right disrespectful. Without us, your business comes to a dead stop. If you aren't going to have the loads prepared according to the given appointment times, at least have proper restrooms. 4 rolls of toilet paper on one rack tells me that the facility is not checked on regularly or maintained. Probably hasn't been cleaned in days. Disgusting. Update: I keep uploading the photo of the actual toilet but it keeps getting taken down. I don't know why. Maybe it's just that disgusting.

My load was 9hrs late being ready and when I tried to hook to my load trailer the bottom of the king pin was about a foot over my fifth wheel!

They rip off truck drivers, first off you get one of their cheap as loads and after you get to the place it delivers they change it up and say yes we will pay you the extra miles but then that don't and refuse to answer phone calls what a rip off place. NEVER HAUL LOADS OUT OF HERE THEY WILL LIE CHEAT AND STEAL FROM DRIVERS.
