I called for a consultation and began to explain my situation. Once I mentioned I didnt have much funds, he immediately said well good luck, if you dont wanna Pay. Out of confusion I asked what? And then was told fee is 4K plus filing. Which I could pay that fee and probably would have being I hadnt seen my kids in months due to ex. But he immediately assumed I couldnt and was ready to go. This was the most unprofessional lawyer I had ever spoken to and would recommend you run.

I called Jeff's office one afternoon and left all the information regarding my criminal case with Darlene, who handled everything in a very professional manner. Ok folks, this guy is a all star and let me tell you why. Most attorneys will school you for the info he provided over the phone. He saved me a ton of cash and if he could have done something my cash would be his. In the short amount of time I talked to this guy he knew the law I was talking about and he kept the conversation real. In a lifetime of dealing with attorneys and being vetted for cases, Mr Bendit took care of businesses on the first call. Thank you sir.

Beware! Would not use again for any reason! Exorbient fees and beware loss of employment clause. Poor communication skills and poorly executed docs were our experience.
