There's a lot to cover in regards to my experience with Nancy and her office. To begin with, I am not located, from, or have anything to do with Texas. In fact, I am located on the east coast, many hundreds of miles away. However, as is common in today's day and age I found myself in need of a family law and divorce lawyer. Being out of state and not knowing the area very well left me in a very compromising position as you can imagine. Frankly, I didn't even know where to start. I called many offices, emailed and shopped around online for many days and out of over 10 offices I contacted, Nancy was the only to answer my call on the first attempt. Not only did that surprise me, but I called her when she was just arriving home and instead of taking my information down and having a paralegal get back to me with an email (which was a typical initial response) she took an entire hour to get to know me and my situation first. I knew then, I found my lawyer.As someone who was out of state, I have to say, it's hard to trust from a distance and its hard to see the hours of work someone is investing on your behalf to get you not only what you want but what is right. It takes patience and a lot of resolve but in this process there is an eventual culmination. Whether that is in trial, mediation, or a settlement. This is when you'll witness Nancy at her best. Then you will tell yourself, I got the right one.Luckily for me, Nancy was able to help me in my case. I know other experiences will vary and you can split hairs over things that were likely never in your control anyways. Thankfully, the best part that is in your control is your choice whether to have Nancy represent you. And I'm glad I made that choice.

When searching for a family law attorney I researched and read many great reviews on Nancy Boler. She was very professional and we are very happy we chose her to represent us. First, I have to say I dont leave reviews often and when I do its usually to complain about bad service I received. Professionalism and quality service is important to me. However, I cant say enough great things about this attorney! I called Nancy for representation and got her voicemail. Of course, I expected to hear back (if at all) in a few days. However, she called me right back, even though she was out sick! She took time to talk even with her raspy voice (which sounded like it hurt). That impressed me. She returned my call even when under the weather? Next, she gave me her complete attention, listened to my concerns and gave great information. She was quite thorough and we spoke for a good while. I felt I could make more informed decisions from our conversation. Although, it was determined she couldnt represent me as I needed someone licensed in another state, she STILL answered my questions AND gave a referral to another attorney (outside her firm) who is dually licensed and could probably help represent me in the state I needed. Who does that??? Most lawyers would say oh cant make money off ya, end of conversation however she was not like that at all!!! She really cares!!! That is rare these days. I WISH SHE COULD BE MY LAWYER!!! If you are looking for someone who treats you with respect, is concerned about your case whether she represents you or not, and genuinely wants to help? Nancy is the one! In my opinion, I would be leery about choosing an attorney with 100+ reviews (probably mostly fake) and go with the attorney who will definitely make you a priority!

Nancy went above and beyond what we could have asked. She was professional and hard charging. Her knowledge of custody matters was incredibly beneficial in getting us to our preferred outcome. I would not hesitate to recommend her to friends or family.

Nancy and Staci are always on top of their game! Of course, as many lawyers, they are very busy. If they are in the middle of something, they will almost always make time to talk to you, answer any questions, or most certainly call you back. They respond in a reasonable amount of time and are available via text message as well. Overall, I am very happy with the outcome of my divorce and would recommend Nancy and her team!

My case was a special case. I needed to get a divorce from my spouse who lives in Nigeria. Nancy was the first Lawyer I called, and she answered her phone right away. She was very professional and kept me abreast of my case the whole time. I started the divorce process in April and by July my divorce was final. She was quick, efficient, and transparent. Nancy Boler helped me with custody battle for my daughter , not only did she guide me but she fought and believed in me . She stuck thru it no matter how long it took but at the end i got my daughter. She understood me and listened to me at my worse times , but when i thought it wasnt possible at times she was there for me . Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart for believing in me. I highly recommend Nancy Boler. She has been great to me. Nancy took her time and drove to the hospital at 1am in the morning to visit with me and my 3 year old son at he hospital due to a near drown to death experience that caused by my ex-wife negligence. Shes more than just a regular attorney. Nancy actually care for my circumstances and the needs of my children during our hardship of separation. She was there eveytime I needed her not just for legal advice but also as a support system. Her paralegal sidekick Staci Hosford was also a great help. Staci spent a lot of time working with me and also was there when Nancy wasnt available.
