This not a law firm I would recommend to anyone! I had a simple, foreign object in food claim. I had the foreign object in my possession and proof that the incident did occur at the restaurant. I spoke to the manger, who offered her apologies, yet still this law firm could not close the case and get my compensation. They asked me for a statement FOUR times, they kept loosing the paperwork, or changing attorneys, whatever the case maybe. Follow my advice and look further for more competent legal representation.DON'T KNOW HOW THE RATINGS ARE SHOWING 4 AND 5 STARS!UNBELIEVABLE!

Although having to go on Bankruptcy is not a pleasant experience in itself having had to go down that road the offices of Bailey & Galyen and more specifically Dana Spoonemore made the experience as smooth as it could of been. Hope I never have to do it again but if I did I wouldn't use anyone else. Dana was always responsive and on point and definitely eased the burden of not knowing what the next steps were. I was nervous, embarrassed and feeling totally low when I went to the office to have a consult with Attorney Evans. All of my anxiety vanished the moment she came out into the lobby and introduced herself. She was so relaxed, understanding and patient that, by the time I left the office, I felt hopeful and ready to face my hurdles. Here's my deal with this office.I called on a Monday and made an appt with them on that Friday. I waited all week to have to that appt. I took time off work, showed up to the office, then I have to wait 20 min. After the 20 min they tell me that because of a conflict of interest, they can't represent me. They did refer me to someone else, so I'll give them that. I don't write many negative reviews. Most people and businesses I encounter are usually pretty good. This one really ticks me off. Even though I don't agree with the conflict of interest, I get that their hands were tied. Ok fine. But what gets me is that whoever was gonna talk to me didn't take 5 min to look me up and see if there were going to be any problems. I filled out their online form with all my info on that Monday, so they had all week to contact me. I can't say whether this was just a fluke, or this happens often. This was just my experience, and it left me pretty soured.

Although this is going to be my first experience with an attorney. . . From the Beginning of making an appointment for a consult to signing the contract I felt very comfortable and at ease! Jennifer and Deborah are great and allowed me to feel confident that my case will be taken care of the best possible way! Would deffinatley recommend them!

Great customer service

If interested in a lawyer after being hit, pleas choose another lawyer. They dont return calls and dont have your best interest. They dropped me and left me with doctor bills. From experience, pick someone else. I was advised not to but only chose them because they are closer to my home.

Professional. Prompt. Always kept me up to date on things. Dana is the absolute best. She responds quickly when you have questions and is friendly and professional.

If u need an attorney please dont use this company. I have pending cases and they never keep you updated on your case. All your calls will b screened as soon as you became a client I have to call from other numbers to get in touch with my attorneys assistant.Not to mention I had to do their work by walking in all my medical records because they claim they had a hard time getting them back.

Bailey & Galyen made this very stressful and hard decision much easier to deal with. Everyone was nice, polite and caring.

I had my first appointment today with Letty Evans she was very rude and unprofessional. I just wish I didn't have this appointment today she ruined my day plus wasted a vacation day at work for nothing. I thought of getting a bigger firm because my situation is a bit complex but even then this woman is just too lazy. I'm glad to realize that immediately.

They were very professional, it was my first offense Elizabeth and Robert blankenship walked me through everything and made it very comfortable for me.

Im very disappointed with this law firm, I was with them for 2 years and had Mickael Spychalski as my lawyer when he left for another company they didnt even have the courtesy to inform me that I was being assigned to a new lawyer, they practically dont call to give updates about your case. The biggest mistake of my life was hiring this law firm, never again would I recommend it to anyone.

I give it a 1 star because they have 0 star.I am very dissappointed with the lack of communication between paralegal and attorney. I hired one of their attys to represent me and to help me in a case of Custody. Lawyer had no communication, I was still lost of what was going on in my case. But, they still kept charging me their feeds. Which their fees are extremely high for the type of services they give. $350 an hour for representing you and not informing you in detail of what is going on is insane...I will make sure all the people around me do not lose their time and money in this place. If you have the money to pay $6,000 or more for getting nothing resolve go for it!!

Bailey and Galyen has given me a horrible experience during this car accident.My accident happen in April. It is now mid September and I can recall them giving me maybe one update on my case.In the beginning, they treated me like they didn't care because the insurance company was denying my injuries. Once they accepted liability, their attitude changed.I was involved in a second accident and did my research to find a better lawyer. Law office of Jill Herz has been a five star experience compared to bailey and galyen.I keep having to call to be updated on a case and the process keeps prolonging.I was released from medical treatment 2.5 mths ago and still haven't heard anything about offers. I call and call and no answer. This BY FAR, has beeen the worst experience of my life.No need to reply to this review to give yourself credibility, your actions have proved enough.

Not sure what the rub is here, with these other folks, but I can say they treated me with professionalism and were very nice. Although they couldn't help me, they were not at all unpleasant.
