I was impressed by the professionalism and responsiveness of this firm! Having to deal with an out of state court hearing was quite stressful. They helped to guide me, ease my worries, and made this process bearable. I won the case because of their diligence and hard work. Martin and Taylor were awesome throughout our child custody case. They fought for us and what we wanted, but more importantly they always kept what was in the best interest of my step daughter the main focus. They were always honest with us and never sugar coated anything, which I loved. They picked up our case after we had a bad experience with another lawyer in town. The only regret we had was not choosing this team to work our case from the beginning. It would have saved us thousands. I highly recommend Martin and Taylor. You will not be disappointed!

Taylor is our lawyer of choice and I give her name out with a recommendation when anyone is looking for help. She is so full of heart and knowledge, so don't let her youth fool you into missing having the best in your corner. She really cares about her clients, especially the kids involved. We used her for our own modification and my sister also used Taylor in her extremely difficult multi nation modification. If Taylor cannot figure it out and help you, then no other lawyer would get you past their door. She really went above and beyond with both cases. She made sure we knew what steps were needed, where we were in the process, and really kept us all calm and together when it seemed impossible to climb the hill in family court. For all our needs, we will continue to use Taylor and I recommend everyone do the same. Billing was also never a concern. Every dime was clearly marked and accounted for. First time I have even not questioned where all the money was going to. Also, super reasonable rate. Thank you Taylor for all you do that is extra to make your clients feel so well taken care of.

After 3 months of fighting and argue with my soon to be ex husband in which all this caused me bad depression and anxiety, he decided to hire a lawyer to leave me without a dime, by kicking me out of my house very soon. So I had to start looking for a lawyer that could help me out through this very difficult time in my life, with all my fears, stress,sadness and most importantly, my life savings in order to protect myself, or at least trying to.I called these people this morning before going to work and explained that I got married in Texas but Im living Out of state due to his job.Whoever picked up the phone was extremely arrogant rude and disgusting.... she was trying to hang up on me saying they cant help, Because I gotta file in the state where I now reside eventhough Im TX RESIDENT and got married in Abilene. I hope someday they will end up just like I did.. but 10 times worse and bankrupted. Rude heartless unprofessional individuals.imGlad my savings arent going to be burn from these clowns

This group breaks loving families apart for financial gain. My son is a loving caring father who made a mistake years ago and has since shown to be a loving caring father in which his daughter loves. This law firm advised the mother of his child to take away all visitation even though the court has not allowed for this. The reason they gave us for taking her away from my family is my daughter was charged with a serious crime. So even though my son had nothing to do with her charge and his daughter wasnt involved in anyway this law firm thought it was best they dont see each other any more. How can somone split to people who love eachother up to make a dollar? How can you blame a father for something someone else did or how could you take a little girls father away from her without cause?

Martin Fergus represented my wife and I in court a couple years ago in a civil suit. We had used a different attorney in the months leading up to the trial, but lost confidence in our first attorney. Martin took our case at a great disadvantage: he hadnt had the luxury of knowing our case from the beginning, witnessing the first couple hearings, building rapport with the judge, etc. Martin jumped on the case in a most impressive manner. He worked late nights and weekends to catch up on all the details, was very open with me on communicating his strategy and research, and built up a very strong case on short notice. The 2-day trial was stressful but Martin handled it extremely well. The judge decided in our favor, and in such a way that favored us as much as legally possible. Even after we won, Martin stayed in touch to see how the results had worked for us, and to ensure the judges decision (affecting several families around us as well) was being carried out. I couldnt be happier with Martins work. Should I find myself in another situation like this, Ill certainly be calling Martin first.
