Attorney Jeremy Davis is absolutely the best! My divorce was so stressful and took 3 years to close after I originally filed due to my ex-husband not cooperating. Attorney Davis was very patient throughout the years. He was very knowledgeable about the laws and gave me the best advice/recommendations even though sometimes it wasn't what I wanted to hear but it was for the best. Hopefully I won't ever need legal representation again but if I do he will be the 1st attorney I call. Thank you for everything Mr Davis!

These guys are the best! They win by using knowledge and accountability rather than most larger firms in Memphis which utilize the 'who you know' methods. The fact that these guys built their own practice almost straight out of college rather than selling out to these large firms said a lot to me. I gave Jeremy Davis a $1500.00 retainer fee to handle my divorce which he gladly accepted in April of 2016. From April 2016 to September 2017 he has done nothing but act as a mediator in my divorce proceedings. He does NOT advise whatsoever. He sent me the same paperwork over and over that I had to get notarized each time and mail back to him. When I begin to call him out on how terrible he is as an attorney and how he basically was a messenger who relayed messages from my ex wive's attorney he quit before the divorce was even final. He did not make sure it was filed, I DID. He NEVER NEGOTIATED anything JUST SUGGESTED I COMPLY with my ex wive's wishes and since he was my attorney I trusted him. Nine days before my divorce was to be final I find out that I have a parenting class to complete to complete the process HE NEVER MENTIONED THIS TO ME AT ALL and I don't even live in TN anymore. I wouldn't recommend him in a small claims proceeding let alone something as important as a divorce. PLEASE BE ADVISED!!!!!!!

I can't say enough about the quality of representation and professionalism of this firm, especially Mr. Davis. My case was extremely complex, involving a bankruptcy, a judgement of nearly 250K that occured while I was in bankruptcy protection and being represented by another attorney, a lien on maritial assets and a rule 60 motion for relief. Initially Mr. Davis was uncertain that he could assist me however, he began to tackle the issues one at a time and within 90 days, negotiated a settlement on the judgement, had the lien released, and represented me with skill in arbitration for the rule 60 motion saving me thousands in the process.I HIGHLY recommend this firm and Mr. Davis. Thanks to Jeremy, I'm now able to put the past behind me and move on with my life !!

Jeremy did a divorce for me a couple of years ago and it was professionally done and very stress free! I would not hesitate to refer him highly! Also, I'll be contacting him for future estate planning.

This 'group' is a complete joke. They literally 'put in' 'add' anything in favor of the female. They are trying to receive alimony on a Marriage that lasted maybe 4 months. They do not know their motions/rights as an attorney/lawyer. Complete bogus. They are about to cost this young lady and her family a lot of money. There are no children involved.... no hefty (joint) purchases over a certain amount. She worked off and on but kept losing her job. Her family (grandmother) paid her phone bill, her car note, her rent and gas money for the WHOLE time we were together. And Mr.Davis is trying For alimony.... I will be sure to update this in the near future. Please save your time and money.
