By way of background, I am an out-of-state practicing attorney. I needed a family law attorney in Tennessee to help me fight for partial custody of my 4 year old daughter. I knew from our initial consultation that Daniel P. Bryant was the right attorney for me. He is knowledgeable, caring, responsive, and is dedicated to his clients needs. Daniel is unlike other attorneys in that he listens, he doesnt cut you off or think your goal is unattainable, and he formulates a plan to fight for what you want. Daniel did something many other attorneys do not do: he worked with me, he took my suggestions and implemented them. Other attorneys told me I would be lucky to get summer visitation with my daughter because I was out of state. Daniel P. Bryants innovative and aggressive style assured we had the best evidence for trial. After a grueling 8 hour trial, in which Daniel still had energy to continue, I was awarded 105 days of visitation in my home state. In trial Daniel was composed, deliberate, aggressive, and commanded the witnesses, opposing counsel, and court. Through his advocacy skills Daniel not only assured the great verdict we received but established the record in case we needed to appeal the trial judge. I cannot praise Daniel P. Bryant enough. Daniels advocacy skills and knowledge of the law makes him the right attorney for you regardless of the legal troubles you are facing.
