Called to set up a meeting with Mr. Brice. After leaving 3 messages I finally received a call back several days later from Erika who seemed somewhat aggravated by my messages. Was also very indifferent as if they didn't need my business but said she would check his schedule and call me back. That was over 2 weeks ago and I still have not heard back from her. Very disappointed that I have to choose another firm because I have heard very good things about Mr. Brice. I understand that this is a smaller firm but they will continue to lose business with this level of poor customer service.
