I used this firm as my lawyer when I purchased my home in June of 2019. When they processed my paperwork and prepared my documents they failed to catch an addendum from which I was suppose to receive $5,000 back at closing to complete repairs on my home. I was under the impression that I was going to receive a $5,000 check at closing. I was told my options were to accept $2,000 from the seller or void the closing and we would have to start over. I accepted the $2,000 because after everything I had been through with this mortgage I did not want to deal with it any further. I am attempting to file complaints with the State of South Carolina, but the process is so typical of government that I really don't have time to deal with it, but I want to warn others to beware of this firm.

I would not recommend this firm for closing on a home. Countless mistakes were made all the way up to the day of closing. Several rude employees as well.

Always make sure they work for you and not the seller especially if you're paying for closing. most likely if you're not Caucasian they absolutely do not work for you.

They helped close on my house. I came in extremely sick that day, and they were very nice and professional. They slowed down the process so I could understand because I was 'out of it' for the most part. Explained every paper I signed, made copies, and if he saw something he wasn't 100% sure about, he got up and went and checked on it right then. I would use them for any service that they are willing to work with you on.
