Mcwhirter, Berlinger & Associates are the best firm ever! Tyler Lee,Lisa McPherson , Janice and Vicki helped my mom with her slip and fall case. They were patient , highly ethical and honest every step of the way. They were able to negotiate a substantial pre -suit settlement that totally changed my mothers life. If you ever have a personal injury case or an issue within their practice area(s) trust me pick them they wont short change you , lie to you. 5 Stars+I have been riding motorcycles for over 50 years. My wife, Cathy, has been riding with me for more than 40 years. She just got her own license to drive a motorcycle less than 10 years ago. We consider ourselves responsible, courteous and safe drivers.We never ride without our helmets on and are very cautious and watchful riders. We have had just a couple of very minor scrapes over all of that time riding. So when a landscaping truck with a trailer hit us on Memorial Day 2017 it was a devastating event for us.We suffered severe injuries and the unlicensed driver of the truck just drove off and left us. Wonderful witnesses at the scene of the crash got the name of the landscaping company off of the truckWe had seen the MB&A ads on TV. They seemed to be the professional - no gimmicks - kind of firm we were looking for. We contacted them and it was one of the best decisions of our lives.Our legal team; Lisa McPherson, attorney and especially Jo Boyd our designated Paralegal were amazing.
