Very good results for good cases and good clients, but of course, not everyone has a good case. They do the best they can with bad cases and some amazing results even with bad cases and not good clients. I regularly refer cases to the Duffy Law Firm and all have gotten great work out of a great office. People don't always get what they want out of a case, but the firm definitely always gets the most they can out of every case for every client. Friendly staff, reasonable pricing for Charleston area, and very competent attorneys, not to mention, Duffy is a Spanish speaker, so he's able to handle clients other firms cannot.

Bad firm. Met senior Duffy in Mount Pleasant court. He personifies the stereotypical over-weight sloppy southern lawyer. The firm is known for its lack of ethics and these folks give southern attorneys and southern law a bad name. Definitely do not recommend using!
