I couldn't be more pleased with this law firm. I shopped around to find the perfect lawyer to meet my needs. I wanted to find someone who could give me a voice when I felt like I didn't have one and back me up when I was feeling weak, all while completing the divorce process as peacefully as possible. Andrew Brener was able to do just that. He and his paralegal, Diane, are a power team. She kept me on task keeping all my documents up to date. She was quick to answer any questions I had and if she couldn't, she was setting up time to speak with Andrew. Andrew saved me time and money by showing up to each meeting thoroughly prepared. They treated me like I was their most important client. I imagine they treat everyone that way.

I didn't really know what to expect considering no one ever goes in to a marriage thinking about divorce, but Andrew at Peck Law made the whole process super easy for a reasonable price. I didn't feel like I was being cheated out of my money, and they took care of everything so that I didn't really have to think about it too much. Overall, I would recommend them if you are stuck in the horrible spot of needing to get a divorce lawyer.

The appropriate slogan for this firm should state 'Your divorce matters... do not come to us for anything else.' This firm was great at managing my divorce. They were responsive and aggressive to get a decent agreement in place. When it came to another case, they appeared to phone it in. The two attorneys I worked with appeared to be woefully inept when it came to my other case involving family law. They fail to communicate or let you know the strategy at all. They won't even explain a judges ruling to you and the next steps moving forward. Do not expect them to handle anything outside of your initial divorce proceedings, you will waste your time and money.

Thomas a. Smith Is a wonderful attorney. He represented me in a NC&SC Custody matter. He got me my son back. I was a victim of someone who maliciously used to judicial system to handle a civil matter. Also I was pressed on time because I had only two business days to prepare for a emergency custody appeal. Thomas a. Smith was adamant on doing everything he can to assure I had the best defense possible. He worked through his Labor Day weekend and sacrificed his own family time. He was also very thorough and professional in the court room. I also will say in the situation that I was in. I had a uphill battle and he came through with a slam dunk!! Thank you

I called the Peck Law Firm as I have heard good things from friends. Originally I called and spoke to their secretary, whom gathered a little info so they could call me right back. I spoke with Shannon on the phone, she was very helpful, polite with vast knowledge of the law. I told her my situation, she verified the best avenue for me to go along. Overall I got wonderful advice with excellent service. Will be using these wonderful attorneys if I have any future issues. They called me back right away, and listened to my concerns with a great resolution.

I scheduled a phone consultation a week prior then no phone call. When I called the office to discuss the matter she said they would shortly get back to me. Not one employee at the establishment has reached out. These are very critical personal matters that I guess arent that important to them. Disgusted. Shame on you

Attorney Partain did mediation for me & my spouse to avoid litigation & unnecessary expense. She was extremely pleasant yet knew her job very well. As a former paralegal myself, I am very well versed in a legal atmosphere and The Peck Firm did their job well. Her & her staff were extremely professional & followed SC ADR guidelines as required by SC certified mediators. With Attorney Partainss help, we came to full resolution & our agreement was signed that day and filed the following day with the Clerk of Court. I Highly recommend this firm.
