This entire office is terrible at responding to email and phone calls. I even expressed my concerns to them and still didnt see any improvement. I do not recommend them for 1031 like kind exchange. The job did get completed eventually which is why I gave a 2 and not a 1. They are not very friendly either. My 2 sisters and I all had the same experience. They were also going to snail mail a check instead of a wire transfer or certified mail. They also were terrible at explaining the process from the beginning. If you dont have experience with a 1031, I wouldnt count on this group to be there for you. At one point they said they had other cases to work on and that ours was taking up too much of their time.
