First of all, I would like to say to those who do not have faith in the justice system regarding men and child custody that things have changed. Thanks to Mr. Brian Johnson I now have custody of my son. Brian and his paralegal, Marla are great! Their hard work and dedication to my case helped the judge see that my son deserves to live with me. I wasn't able to get my visitation on a regular basis because my son's mother kept him away. I tried for over a year to work with her with no results, but Mr. Johnson was by my side the entire time. He is easy to talk to and will be honest about your options as long as you are honest with him. Thank you so much.

I have nothing but good things to say about this man. He went above and beyond to get my family court case settled all within a reasonable price. He was my second attorney and I wish I wouldve retained him from the beggining. He told me what to expect and his plan of action, and he executed everything to the T. Even though the case Brian represented my ex in back in 2015-2016 was lost, I must give credit where it is due. Brian was very prompt with communication. He was available every day by email and text. He always answered within an hour. He was more then reasonable with his fees. He did what he could with what he had. He had a lot of faith in me, perhaps too much, and how hard i worked on my ex husbands custody case. But ultimately it was up to the ex husband to fight his own battle, and because of his own choices the case was lost. I'm not sure if it would have made a difference if Brian himself appeared to the final hearing instead of a last minute replacement colleague. In hindsight, probably not. Thanks Brian. I definitely believe all the other great reviews, because i know if circumstances were different you could have easily won the case for my ex back then. Like they say you can lead a horse to water....

I had a custody case with Mr Johnson. I spoke with him about the case . Told him the things we were facing. He told me we have a very good chance of me getting my daughter. He spoke very professionally at both of the hearings I had. Well I now have full custody of my daughter. So if anyone is thinking of hiring Mr Johnson. You will not disappointed . Brian and his team went out of their way and beyond to assure that my family and I wouldnt be disappointed on the outcome based on the nature of my spouse charges at the time. (Brian) took on my spouse criminal defense and maneuvered the case to an excellent conclusion with no prison time. (Not bad for having 15-30years over your head). I originally contacted Brian Johnson when my husband was incarcerated on charges including probation violation. These charges were from 3 different cities in SC. In one city Mr Johnson had never represented anyone in before. I spoke to Mr Johnson on a Thursday for the first time. By Sunday he had 1 of the charges dismissed and ti,e served for the others in one county!! On a Sunday!! I kid you not the Judge dropped the charges ON A SUNDAY! In addition he had the other city allow the payment of restitution in lieu of prison time and he was released from probation. If that wasn't enough, with out my husband ever appearing in court, he had the charges for the 3rd county dismissed as well. HE IS A BEAST!!!! Very confident and his word is truly his bond. I would recommend him any day of the week! Fees are reasonable and he is very very good at what he does!!!
