I had a serious altercation that occurred between me and another individual over my children, in which I ended up being treated really unfairly. I did not know my rights nor have the ability to represent myself. I hired Steve Hisker and he told me,' I will take care of it!' He then told me if anything changed or he needed any information he would let me know. I paid him his fee, which was very fair, and he did his job! He represented me and done a better job than I could have ever imagined. If you need an attorney it doesn't get any better than Steve HIsker!!!!

Attorney Steve Hisker was referred to me by an attorney out of state. I made an appointment to meet Mr. Hisker. One of the first things I noticed was that he was a very good listener. I had a lot of questions because I was in serious trouble. I was charged with trafficking 190 pounds of mariquana in the state of South Carolina. He listened and answered all of the questions I had at that time. He told me he would work hard and represent me to the best of his ability. He told me I could call him anytime. We talked quite often while waiting on a trial date.The trial date was set. It was to be a three defendant trial. Each defendant had their own attorney. The first day of the trial the other two did not show up. That left me holding the proverbial bag. Mr. Hisker explained to me in the state of South Carolina the law is, The Hand of One is the Hand of All. I knew it was going to be very hard for him to represent me under these circumstances. The state's evidence was audio and video recordings, 190 pounds of mariquana, expert witnesses, experienced detectives, confidential informant and police officers. When Mr. Hisker was able to question the witnesses he did so with such finesse and diligence, I was impressed. Then when it was time for closing arguments, Mr. Hisker was nothing short of amazing. The jury was given instructions by the judge. They went to deliberate. If the jury were to come back with a guilty verdict, I would receive a mandatory 25 year sentence. Approximately three hours later the jury came back with a verdict of Not Guilty! Thanks to Attorney Steve Hisker, My Hero, I can enjoy my children, my grandchildren and my freedom!
