I retained Ms Megan Dell of Dell law firm to handle my divorce. She did a fantastic job with each and every step of the process. Everything was clearly explained and executed in a timely cost-effective manner. Never once did she try to push me in a direction that I did not want to go or attempt to run up billable hours. She paid attention to how I preferred certain aspects of the proceedings to be handled and made every effort to accommodate my wishes. Megan and her staff were at all times prompt, respectful and professional to me as well as my ex. I highly recommend this firm for family law needs.

Megan and her associates make an outstanding team! Having been my representation for over ten years, I can confidently say that she consistently outperforms the opposing attorneys. When contacting her law office, you are met with grace and courtesy from her paralegal, Jodie, and a prompt and professional reply from either Megan or her associate attorney, Mikaila. Both approach each case with diligence and moxie in an effort to prepare you for the best and worst outcomes possible. My favorite quality of Megan's is that she is candid with her clients about their responsibilities in their case, and her 'no holds barred' attitude about what to expect in the courtroom. I reside in Colorado but needed a Family Law Attorney in Charleston to acquire custody of my nieces. I flew in and interviewed four prominent lawyers in Charleston. Megan Dell by far asked the most critical questions about the situation and mostly about my nieces welfare. She fervently addressed this case and handled it magnificently even though I had to correspond primarily online and thru email. And although I was the one being represented by Megan, she answered questions and made referrals and accomodations for all defendents in our case so that all involved felt comfortable with the request for custody.
