Thank you so much for answering all my questions. I was unable to hire you do to the State in which my master is concerned. Also wanted to thank you for the referral you have me however they said they don't help in these matters. You were very kind and helpful.

Mrs. Tribert is awesome. She represented me in obtaining Sole Custody of my son. She is a straight shooter and will be as honest and upfront as possible and she expects the same exact thing from everyone else. You could not ask for a better more caring lawyer. I was mis took by her bluntness at first but as we continued I k ow without a doubt she was worth every penny. I looked at it as if she would be as blunt and forth coming with me then the defendant was definitely in for it. She will fight for you and will let you know when you are wrong and right. Both Mr. And Mrs. Tribert are great people and make an awesome team.

I found Margaret Tribert and her staff to be very competent and knowledgeable, and exceedingly compassionate to my difficult situation. She was upfront and honest. For those want the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth! Individuals who may prevaricate or are unwilling to handle the truth may find her forthright manner challenging to work with, but I considered myself lucky and grateful to have her advocating for me. Highly recommended!

This women is the most condescending, and utterly ignorant person I've ever encountered. Her tone and demeanor suggests she was more interested in arguing with her client than actually doing her job and representing. She seemed to have no working knowledge of any custody cases and proceeded to chastise me when questioned about her understanding. I'm basing this upon her answers to questions I NEVER asked and already have answers from a judge about. I'm seriously shocked that she's still in business to be quit honest. Doug, who answers the phone however is genuinely concerned and very helpful. My experience with him was very pleasant. I'm assuming that's how they rope you in though. My opinion is to never go here or use her as an attorney.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Only cares about money, literally no concern for other people.

Mrs. Margaret Tribert was a very great, professional Attorney . Dealing with my case in a very professional manner. Her and her assistant mr. Doug did such a great job keeping me updated on everything involving my case. I would definitely recommend her to anyone needing an attorney. If I could vote more than 5 stars I most certainly would.

She charges way too much for consultations. Then we were explaining to her our case (a simple divorce) and she sounded like she was for the ex rather than the client who would be paying her and shes told us it would take almost a year and almost 10k. For a simple divorce! She was super jittery the whole meeting and she kept cutting us off. Very condescending tone like she was speaking to a dummy. AND she was late for our meeting. No thank you.

Margaret is a honest and up front attorney. In todays world that is extremely hard to find. Shes smart and professional. I would recommend her for any law issue you may have. Do not let Margarets bluntness alarm you. Without a doubt she will fight for you and ensure your interests are at the forefront. Ive noticed a couple of folks write a negative review but I would be willing to bet those folks were the problem, not Margaret.

Margaret Tribert has represented me in severval issues over the years. She was professional in every meeting. She would listen to my issues and advise me as to-the law and whether my exceptions were realistic. Ms Triberts services were through and timely. I would not hesitate to refer people to her office and have done so. Excellent caring individual who has worked hard for people in this community.

Mrs. tribert was a pleasure to work with. She was a breath of fresh air. It's so hard to navigate through family court, but margret was there every step of the way. She has earned my complete trust and is as honest and hard working as they come. I am glad many of my friends, who had cause to use her, suggested I let her handle my case.

Horrible experience in seeking legal advice what she told me OMG! I did hire a real attorney that actually knows the law and we both did conclude this woman doesn't know much of anything. Why she said what she did we don't understand. Don't waste your money.

According to the facts as stated in the agreement, respondent was charged with possession of cocaine and first offense driving under the influence. Thereafter, respondent voluntarily ceased practicing law and sought treatment for her problems with alcohol and drugs. She pled guilty to the driving under the influence charge, and the possession of cocaine charge was dismissed after respondent successfully completed the pre-trial intervention program. Although respondent asserts that she has recovered and is abstaining from the use of alcohol and illegal drugs and is fully capable of resuming the practice of law, she agrees that it would be to her benefit to continue rehabilitation through counseling, attending Alcoholics Anonymous, and drug screens for the time period mentioned in the attachment to the agreement.LAWBy her conduct, respondent has violated the following provisions of the Rules of Professional Conduct, Rule 407, SCACR: Rule 8.4(b) (committing a criminal act reflecting adversely on her honesty, trustworthiness, or fitness as a lawyer); and Rule 8.4(e) (engaging in conduct that is prejudicial to the administration of justice).Respondent has also violated the following provisions of the RLDE, Rule 413, SCACR: Rule 7(a)(1) (violating or attempting to violate the Rules of Professional Conduct); Rule 7(a)(4) (being convicted of a crime of moral turpitude or a serious crime); Rule 7(a)(5) (engaging in conduct tending to pollute the administration of justice or bringing the legal profession into disrepute, and engaging in conduct demonstrating an unfitness to practice law); and Rule 7(a)(6) (violating the oath of office taken upon admission to practice law in this state).CONCLUSIONRespondent has acknowledged that her actions were in violation of the Rules of Professional Conduct. Accordingly, respondent is hereby suspended from the practice of law for a period of one year retroactive to her interim suspension. Respondent shall continue her counseling and screening programs for one year from the date of the agreement. Respondent shall forward results of her monthly drug screens to Disciplinary Counsel and respondent's counselor shall file quarterly reports with Disciplinary Counsel stating whether respondent is complying with the terms of this opinion. Within fifteen days of the date of this opinion, respondent shall file an affidavit with the Clerk of Court showing that she has complied with Rule 30 of Rule 413, SCACR.
