After about 8 pathetic administrative failures, like sending us the same (wrong document 3 times, being non-reponsive to simple things) over two months we're told 'I feel like we have really gotten off on the wrong foot. My practice is very busy...' and 'I think it is probably best for you to find other counsel.' Well... I couldn't agree more. Thanks for totally wasting 2 months of our time.

If I could give more stars. I would. Lindsay became my attorney in the worst part of my life. With the charges I was facing my sentencing could have been far worse. But she helped me have the opportunity to have my charges reduced in 3 years if I complied with the courts requirements. And I did just that. 2 1/2 years later, I contacted Lindsay through her amazing assistant Kim to see if we could get the charges reduced 6 months early. And we did it. I couldnt believe it. This is the lawyer experience you heard about and hoped wouldnt happen to you.No representation, she stood me up for a meeting in her office without a call before or an apology after.She raised her voice at me repeatedly.Did nothing in my case at all. I was able to get some free advice, and it turns out that I didn't even need a lawyer for my specific legal situation, even though I probably would have retained one. Earlier this year (2014), I had the misfortune to get cited for Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants and Reckless Driving. I had a lot of disagreements with the officer in terms of how he handled it (there was absolutely no reckless driving and I did not feel that I was noticeably affected by alcohol), but I knew I was in a difficult situation. I contacted Veralrud & Fowler. Mr. Veralrud went to work immediately on my case. Through witness statements and gathering information and testimony from the arresting police officer himself, he was able convince the District Attorney that the citations were not warranted and the matters were dismissed. I greatly appreciated Mr. Veralruds professionalism, his attention to the case, and his consistent communication with me. I recommend this firm without reservation.
