John is amazing! He helped answer all my questions regarding terminating my lease with a co-tenant and clarified what I was legally allowed to do. He was quick to respond and walked me step by step though the process. My property management attempted to push back and he immediately responded and had my back. I'm extremely grateful for his help and will absolutely hire him in the future if need be.

5 stars, I would give him 10 if possible. This guy is a SHARK, he will defend you above and beyond, and is a total savage in the courtroom. I strongly suggest you hire him for your legal needs. Don't be put off by his strong personality, he shines in the court room.

John seems very busy, but will slow down long enough to collect $200.00 and pass 'Go'. Very informative, all but guarantees a win for the right amount of cash upfront. Very disappointing knowing that your S.O.L. If you need a great local attorney and can afford him, I get the impression that John us your 'go to' man.

I contacted John about alleged criminal case pending against me that I was not guilty of. John took all the details and formulated a defense that was rock solid. Before we could even go to court the case was dismissed. He is ontop of the facts and will really go to bat swinging home runs- one after another. He knows the law. He will fight for what is right. He will go above and beyond for his clients. Very reasonable and honorable man to deal with. Would hire again in a heartbeat if the need arises.

John Woodworth is thourough, knowledgeable, and has a fantastic sense of humor. He cleared up a housing dispute I had with a leasing company in a matter of days, and the resolution was clean and fair. Correspondence with John was easy and fast. I felt supported from the moment I met with him, and would recommend this attorney to anyone. Overall, you can tell this attorney really enjoys helping his clients and loves his career.

I have relied on Mr. Woodworth on 2 separate landlord/tenant cases over the years, and won both hands down. John is a no-nonsense attorney who puts his clients welfare first, fair, concise and thorough; and stands as a symbol of professionalism in his field.

My fiance and I just met up with John for the first time almost 3 months ago, we were very excited to be working with him on our case. The day we met up he told my fiance that he would be glad to help us out and take us on contingency. That day he said he would write a demand letter for us and have it to us 3 days after we met. That day came and no demand letter or any word from him. We called him multiple times from both of our cell phones after not receiving our demand form to look over. We sent him emails as well containing the information he asked for from us. A month goes by and I call him again. This time he picks up and says he's sorry for not getting back to us and that he still hasn't written up the demand letter but that he would get to it to us by the following Monday. That Monday comes around and AGAIN not a word from him or any documents sent to us. We try to call him countless times and sent out more emails and we haven't heard from him since. After feeling the urgency of our situation we decide to go into his office and ask to speak with him about our case. He tells his receptionist that he is too busy to talk right now but that he hasn't forgotten about us and he promises to call us that upcoming Saturday at noon. The receptionist even gave us a card with the time and date of when to expect his call. Guess what?! Of course that time comes around and no word from Mr. Woodworth! At this point we feel he took us on as clients on contingency that he had zero time for. That or he doesn't care about our case enough to even call us and update us on anything. We are truly sad and disappointed and desperate for help and he is not giving us the time of day to help us when he agreed to do so months ago. What's really upsetting is that my fiance and I spent $150 to just meet with him and that was literally all the money that we had. Not to mention the fact that he knew our vehicle and thousands of of dollars worth of our stuff was on the line and things needed to move very quickly otherwise we would lose our belongings and our only vehicle. We are saddened to say that we did lose those things because John did not move quick enough to help us. I'd recommend that if your legal matter is urgent and you need help quick, to avoid John Woodworth and look elsewhere for professional help. If he would reach out to me or my fiance and explain why he hasn't responded to us or done any work for us yet, as well as prove he can actually do something for us in a timely manner, I'd be glad to change this review back to a 5 star that I left after our first and only meeting with him. Also, if anyone reading this knows of a lawyer true to their word and fights for please their clients like they would for their family, look me up onFacebook and send me a message regarding how I can meet with them.

Amazing Attorney with a heart! John has not only helped me with challenging cases in the past, but he is someone who I have referred my friends to when needed as well. Let's face it, no one goes to see an attorney when good things are happening in their life. They go when they are facing an insurmountable challenge and need help from a true legal professional. And John is just that. Experience. Expertise. And all heart. Thank you John!!

I hired Mr. Woodworth to deal with intense and complicated custody/child support issues. He litigated with dedication, full knowledge of the law, and fierce integrity. Mr. Woodworth is very well prepared for court. He knows exactly what to do in the courtroom. Mr. Woodworth wins. I trust this attorney with the most important part of my life = my Family, and I will hire him time and time again to litigate on our behalf.

DO NOT GO TO THIS ATTORNEY!! So I have hired 5 distant attorneys that I've hired and they were all great except Mr Woodwirth. When I heard how low his rates were that was my first red flag. Then his receptionist was nice at first but apparently I asked 1 question too many. She interrupted me and started telling me that perhaps I should hire a different attorney and started telling me the names and numbers of other attorneys. I asked her if that easy of giving me the middle finger and she said yeah. I was shocked and instantly hired a much better attorney. I just saw your reply to my review and I completely understand what you are saying. You have not represented me, but I had heard many good things and was trying to possibly retain you but my hardship was with the front desk. And I agree it is only fair that I aknowledge my poor review is not a reflection on you nor your abilities but more so my frustration with the whole predicament I was facing at the time. I would bet money on it that if we had done business together I would be giving you a healthy five stars. I, however sir, am not lying about anything. I agree with everything you said

I first had experience with John though a friend on a brutal custody case that he won. Then I used him to help with my own child support case and he was amazing yet again. I highly recommend him for anyone in a custody/support dispute.

Was able to see me on a Saturday...told me in no uncertain terms what to do; what ive already done wrong, and what i need to do to fix it! In a hour i was seeing a clear path to succeed. The best money ive spent in a long time... if you're concerned about the guy who left the bad review, just look at his picture and ask yourself if that's the guy you want to take attorney advice from?

This guy represented a woman who harassed and threatened me, a disabled combat veteran. I lived in her boyfriends condo until she moved all of my personal belongings into another room, illegally evicting me from the space I'd been renting for 6 months. She was so vindictive about me requesting the typical 30 day move out period, that they took all the kitchen ware, forcing me to work more dish washing shifts just to survive long enough to get AWAY from them. A judge awarded me a restraining order against her and THIS attorney tried having a different judge rule against it. They also stole the mail key and my mail the last 2 weeks I lived there. I was forced to live on a credit card and missed several payments because I had no income. So now that the va has recognized me 100% disabled I can afford to buy my own home but these ppl helped ruin my credit. I wouldn't spend any money at this man's business, as his character is reflected in the ppl who work for him as well, in reference to the person who had a bad experience with his office help. Shame on you John.
