I recently hired Morgan for a challenging divorce that involved one child. Even knowing that their firm was well respected in the greater Eugene/Springfield area, I was still sincerely impressed to find Morgan and his team to be so incredibly knowledgable, compassionate and focused on my case. They were very responsive to my questions and concerns - big and small, and maintained a big picture perspective on helping me achieve the financial, and custody and parenting outcomes that I desired. Their years of experience and expertise really shone through. When complexities developed, his team was quick to delve into the details and research case history and current laws, etc. They demonstrated a high degree of integrity and were even conscientious of the costs that were being incurred. However, what was priceless was the calm and reassuring demeanor they offered during the personally difficult times that I was navigating, their ability to make a complex process easy to understand, and feeling that they truly had my back as both a client and individual. I'm 110% certain that I made the right choice in selecting Morgan, and have since recommended him to several friends and coworkers.

Very professional for Eugene. They turned down my case because of time constraints, which, in my mind, shows their level of professionalism. I think most sh*tbag lawyers in Eugene in that situation would've taken my case for the money and not given it the attention that it needed (which is what ended up happening). The consultation was still informative though.
