Hire this man if you want to, but I highly recommend that you DON'T. He is completely over priced for the work he does. My case should have been opened and closed but instead Mike wasted $3000 of mine trying to get me to settle when I told him from the beginning (And many other times) that I did not want to settle. I found a lawyer that did more with $300 than Mike did with $3000. He would email me then call me to tell me the same thing that the email said and was double charging me for the same information. When I inquired Mr. Stake about double charging me, he sent me an email stating that I was not in compliance of his contract.

He's a crook and does things illegally like taking a victim's statement WITHOUT their lawyer present as a child. He did this to me when I was a child and going through some abuse situations.
