Kania Law Office

Charles Kania made me feel welcomed. I walked into his office and he was very inviting. Very knowledgeable and thorough regarding the law and the road ahead. Their wasn't an air of arrogance. I really felt like he cared and was gonna be there to help me, His client. There is always apprehension regarding the law and as soon as I sat down he said, don't be nervous. Sit down and relax. Glad I made the decision to call.

My son hired Zachary Waxman to help him through his divorce/custody. Zachary is so amazing I honestly cannot say enough good things about him. He had a solution for every obstacle, he gave sound, honest, straight forward advice. He was calm, organized and has a great ability to communicate. When it came time to squash the other sides ridiculous antics he did so immediately and professionally. I will forever be impressed with the skills this man has. This is a man you can trust to represent you exceptionally. My sons case was and is horrific and heartbreaking. Now my family can continue to heaI. I thank God for finding Zachary.

Zac Waxman did my divorce and it took 1 1/2 years to get and Im very sick so he did an awesome job and the judge called me and swore me in over the phone and I finally got my divorce. He would always call,text or emailed and we even communicated on weekends and after hours. He always got right back to me.

Most organized, orderly, efficient attorney's office we've ever seen. Very down to earth and explains legalities well.

Ima say this.. you guys u guys took my money it was ok in the beginning.. i hade Zach as my lawer for my disability and i got denied.. my fault i guess?? So it went to federal court and they said they dont do.where's my money

Told the Oklahoma Bar Association he spent 'hours' on my friends case and that's why the 400 they gave him has been exhausted. He lies. We sent documentation showing the dates and time of each phone call. 5 total lasting only 10 minutes and 1 lasting only an 5 minutes. And that was worth 400 dollars??? You scammed these already poor people out of money they need for rent. Shame on you Kania Law Office. You are a scam.

They do excellent work and have taken care of all my legal needs for me and my family. I have recommended this firm to someone who asked me about them. It's not easy being a lawyer. I wish you all the best.

If I could get 0 stars I would. He took 400 from us towards down on bankruptcy. We changed our minds and he wont give us the money back. We didn't sign any contracts or nothing. Hes a joke. I dont recommend him at all!!!!

So I dont recommend this place at all . He pretty much took my 400 that I put down for bankruptcy and did nothing but use foul language at me and told me I would not get my money back when he did nothing.

They were very informative and helpful explaining my options. They walked me thru the bancruptcy step by step and even though there was one hiccup they have worked very diligently to get it fixed.

Very unprofessional and rude. We put $400 down never to be seen again. When I called him to ask what all we needed to pursue with the bankruptcy (after we put the money down it was a rough time getting the rest of the money to file), he was very hateful and insensitive.

My family and I have personally used the services of Charles Kania's Law Office several times. And whether it was Charles or Zachary the care and results were exemplary. I've used other law firms in the past and have been treated like a case number and 'bank deposit'. Not here. They answered or returned every call, text and/or email promptly.Nothing was 'stupid' question and I always came away with a better understanding of the situation. Thank you to all at your firm for all the help you have been.

DO NOT VISIT THIS FIRM! Their 'free' consultation isn't free! I gave them money towards case & have been trying to pay remainder of retainer but being a single mom I wasn't able to. Relocating outside of the area now & only received 25% of my money back from them even though they did absolutely NOTHING regarding case. They never even returned phone messages left regarding info needed for case. Do your research, their are cheaper, more honest attorneys out there.

When we showed up for court Charles Kania was no where to be found. We kept calling his phone with no answer. Finally Charles answered & was very rude using foul language. He said he would be there! The judge called us in & we told him we were waiting on our lawyer. He was very upset & said if he wasnt there in 5 min it would be too late. Finally Charles son showed up.

Charles Kania owner and operator of the firm, I have known him for a long time. Whenever I have ever had a legal problem he is the one I would call. I have used him many times for a wide variety of legal issues and have never been disappointed or felt cheated. Easy to work with on payment arrangements etc. Very aggressive for you I will never use another lawyer again. 'Get Kania in your corner!'

Terrible to talk to on the phone very unpleasant and hung up during conversation and never answered back return call. Not someone I want to do business with.

Charles Kania is a lawyer with real integrity and hes very professional. I have absolutely no regret for choosing Kania Law, however, I do regret not calling Charles when first referred to me. I went through a devastating custody batttle and retained two lawyers, had to fire the first and the second one was an old dinosaur whos only tactic was to flood opposing counsel with reems of paperwork that I bought at 400% markup. Neither would return calls, emails nor could the first guy make it to court on the right day. So I get through that cluster and down the road a bit I get in a pinch, so I call Charles and retained his services. He did not give me a false sense of hope and he was quick and I was pleased with Zacha help at court. Charles will take my call nearly every time and he is prompt about returning calls. His retainer is very reasonable and more affordable than most but as a client of his, I got twice the service without the BS.

Super fast, super easy, no worry, no hassle....Charles and his staff are courteous and professional. Would totally recommend him.

I can't believe this clown hung the phone up on me. I have a potential client that I was going to refer to him but after getting a call back and him being very short and rushing me on the phone. I then heard him hand up. I'm SO GLAD I didn't turn my client over to him. Guys like Charles gives Lawyers a bad name! BEWARE! I should have listened to the other negative reviews. After researching him online I chose the wrong law firm to send a referral too.
