I cant emphasize enough how absolutely AMAZING Grace Yates and her team are! Shes a lawyer who not only cares about the best interest of her client, but also the truth being revealed in a case! Mrs. Yates truly defends her clients. She doesnt shy away from messy cases. Grace cares about justice being served in the court room! I sincerely hope she will become a judge in the future. Honest, respectful and honorable lawyers like Grace are rare! If you need an outstanding lawyer, retainer her immediately.

Grace represented my husband and I on a legal issue and we could not have been more satisfied with our results. She was even able to resolve our issue without going to court. After our experience with Grace, we referred a family member to her and again she did a great job. She is thorough and knowledgeable about the laws and court system. She discusses options with you and works hard for what your legal needs are. Wonderful office staff whos great with communication. When she says she will do something....it gets done.

Grace Yates represented me with my divorce, domestic violence, and custody. When I called Grace and talked with her about my situation I was devastated. During our phone consultation she was very straight forward and not pushing for things I didnt need. I never felt during our conversation that she was out to get money or that I was just a number. She answered all my questions with great depth. She didnt tell me what she thought I wanted to hear. She was very open and honest with me. I truly felt I had her undivided attention and patience. I pray I never find myself in that situation again but if I did Grace would be the one I would call.

Ethical, smart and the best are not the words I would use to describe Ken Holmes lackey. If Grace were any of those things she would not have to have family, close personal friends and employees write positive google reviews for her. That should tell you all you need to know about the kind of lawyer and person Grace Yates is. There are 5 or 6 other lawyers in Ponca City that are a lot better than Grace Yates and they dont have family, friends and employees write positive google reviews for them.

Grace Yates is not a good lawyer and she is a TERRIBLE person. She only cares about your money. I used her for my divorce and custody of my kids and I will NEVER recommend her to anyone. She makes one of the hardest things a person goes through in life traumatic. My ex husband had a way better lawyer and I found out he spent way less and got way more then what I got for what I paid. I would recommend his lawyer but I think he passed away.

Dont blindly think all attorneys are the same. THEY ARE NOT. Ponca City is blessed to have the best lawyer. Grace Yates is ethical, driven and very smart. She has the experience to bring your stressful situation to a positive ending. Having to take legal action against someone because they are not doing the right thing is frustrating and trying to figure out the best attorney to handle your case is stressful. Grace is the best!

Grace Yates is just a blow hard that charges way to much for what little she can actually do. I could have got the same result with just about any number of attorneys and not paid near as much. She is way over priced and way over rated.

I used her as my lawyer after my first husband decided he wanted a divorce. It was a very upsetting time for me and Ms. Yates made it even more difficult. I made a terrible choice in hiring her as my attorney. She told me in the beginning that I would receive alimony because my first husband and I had been married for 13 years. After paying her thousands of dollars over the course of over a year she finally tells me in a very cold and aggravated way that I couldnt get alimony. I really think she kept telling me I was going to get alimony as a way to keep me paying her. It took me a few years to pay her off. I hope I dont ever need a divorce lawyer again because dealing with her was a horrible experience. I would not recommend her to my worst enemy.

Kara Fagan and Grace Yates both worked tirelessly on my lawsuit...I've worked for 2 Senator's law offices and a law office in McAlester....I didn't expect such tirelessly work ethic from them, but I certainly got it!!!...I was continously surprised by how they truly cared about me and what I would receive from my lawsuit...they surpassed what I expected to receive!!!...I am forever grateful to you both!!!...women power!!!...sorry I've read some rather negative reviews about Grace and I couldn't disagree more...Grace is one of the nicest attorneys I've ever meet and trust me when I say I've meet a lot!!!...sometimes people just because we hire an attorney doesn't mean we'll get what we want...attorney or no...

Grace Yates is not worth the money. I could not stress enough to people to stay away from Grace Yates and her firm. There are a lot of good attorneys in the area that are a lot more talented and will cost a lot less than what you would have to pay Grace Yates. Allison Wilson, Melissa Delacerda, Guy Clark, Scott Loftis, Scott Jackson, Jim Devinney, Jarrod Stevenson and Bransford Shoemake are very reputable and talented attorneys in the area that can handle just about any kind of legal matter. I have worked for a couple of attorneys in the area in the past and have had experience with these attorneys and they are very good at what they do and are good people.

She is a terrible attorney and is dishonest. She will lie to your face in the very beginning by telling you what she thinks you want to hear to get you to pay her $2,500 and tells you that it shouldn't cost more than that and then a few months later she is sending you a bill for like $5,000 with nothing being accomplished. Then when you question her about what she told you she tells you that she is done with you. Then when you hire an actual attorney that will really represent you that is when you will find out how bad she sabotaged you. Thankfully the attorney I hired after her was able to represent me the right way and got the judge to give me something in my divorce that I could live with. Grace Yates is a complete JOKE. I don't know how she developed the reputation she has because she hasnt earned it that is for sure.

If you ever find yourself in need of a Family Law attorney, use Rick Johnson. He did for me in 1 month, more than my previous attorney of 5 years could do. He handled my Child Custody case which later turned to an Adoption case for a very reasonable price.
