Took my 2k retainer, barely did proper research and lost a contest of venue which apparently took up the entire retainer, with out ever being heard from a judge I'm out 2k, and they seem to think they don't need to provide itemized invoices either. If your rich, go for it. If your a normal person trying to see their daughter again, stay away and don't trust disloyal people feeding of the turmoil of parents.

I was very desperate for a legit attorney who genuinely wanted to help. So far Im happy to say Stratton law is going above and beyond for me and my family. Were not finished yet but no matter the out come my opinion of this law firm will stay the same. I live in another state and its never been an issue. My attorneys have kept me updated on everything going on every step of the way. When one attorney didnt feel 100% confident in something that attorney would have a more experienced attorney help out. They honestly care about their clients and it definitely shows. Mr Roy Stratton is their accountant and he is the most patient person who genuinely cares about the individual. He always takes a few extra minutes to hold a legit conversation with me every time we talk. They make you feel human and not like youre just a paycheck.

If you want to spend about 8 grand and have two cases dismissed this is your place. My fiance is in custody battle with her childrens dad and evan was horrible. He had months to prepare and the other guy had one day and got it dismissed. They wanted a 2000 dollar payment about every other week. We payed the last 2000 and just felt really poorly about him so we fired him with nothing left to do on the case. We got 800$ back out of the 2000$ and there was nothing to be done until the court date. Anyway id advise going elsewhere.

Called this law firm to help with a custody case that I had been served papers for from an estranged biological father who hadnt made any attempt to see children in over two years. Should have been told immediately that the case should legally be moved to the minors home state...not Oklahoma. Should have been told immediately that the childrens father should be charged with abandonment which would have essentially ended the custody case before it started. But how else would they have charged me $4000 for representing us in a case that never should have been? When you put your trust in a law firm concerning something as precious as your childrens welfare, you should be treated with honesty. Im very sad to say this was not the case with Stratton Law Firm. And certainly when you find out that youve been misled and misrepresented, and you try a dozen times to contact David Stratton, but never receive a call back?? Shame on you.

I consulted with Bryan Stratton in April/May of 2018. Explained my unique case and what goals I had in modifying a current visitation schedule. He appointed Evan Henderson to take care of my Cleveland County case. There was more transparency and communication that I had anticipated. The hourly rate is the only thing I was hesitant about at first but when you pay more per hour and it gets done in less time its not necessarily more expensive. The modification I had initially came to Stratton Law for was resolved completely in October 2018. I didnt have to change my original intentions and everything I came to them for was put into a new order. I also live in Texas and did 98% of my side of things over the phone or through email. I would give this firm more than 5 stars if I could!

Stratton law firm is very professional, and great at what they do. I live in east Texas, and they were able to dismiss my case in Oklahoma. All of this was done with just a few conversations over the phone. They are very reasonable priced as well. I would recommend this law firm to anyone who has any issues with custody.

I will be forever grateful for all that they did for my family. Immediate action was taken to protect my grandchildren from the illegal choices of the father. They thoroughly explained what the process would be and what was expected to happen. No 'pie in the sky' promises were made. Complete honesty on what could and could not be expected. I talked to this guy yestarday around 11am. Completely rude and unprofessinoal. I understand a lawyer is not to have emotions to there clints and all but being rude about is completely uncalled for i will not be using him to represent me in family court to get.my daughter. Experience was good at first, until i realized that the final order did not match the temporary order, my fault for not reading it thoroughly, experience after that was awful, cant get a hold of brian, only his secretary and she will not let you speak to brian, which is stupid, just rants on about how hes out of town in tulsa, she also very rude from the first time i met her three weeks ago when i went to his office after being unbable to reach him, communication is horrible, secretary is beyond rude would not recommend to anybody at this point

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND/OR MONEY!!!! I gave them the $2500 retainer fee only to have them do absolutely nothing but argue with me about what I want!!! The secretary Jodi Childers actually got an attitude and told me I was wrong for askin them to cancel a court date and just draw up papers because my ex husband and I had came to an agreement, LAST TIME I CHECKED I WAS THE CUSTOMER!!!!!! I never once spoke to the attorney or had any dealings with Bryan Stratton after they recieved my retainer fee, I always dealt with his secretary Jodi who is rude and very argumentive!! They will waste your money, so please don't give them your money to do absolutley nothing like I did!!!!!!

Brittney is right, he says he will represent you then when the court date comes he sends his fresh out of school assistant to handle the case, she was unprofessional and so was he, he couldnt even be there, cost me getting my daughter this summer. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY!
