Just getting ready to call these people. Noticed someone having issues getting a response. I would contact the Governor's office as well as contact your Senator, etc. I found from many experiences working for attorneys sometimes you just have to go to the top to get any answers.

I was denied help with a child custody case/ DHS, I asked dor help through OILS because they say they have a lot of exspertice in the ICWA laws. they said they do not help out when its a native American vs native American, I was so upset and I submitted an appeal because that decision made no sense its Native American vs State, its been almost 6 months since I filed the appeal and I have called more than five times to find out the decision of the appeal from OILS and I have never gotten a response. They appear to help out Native Americans but I did not receive the help I so much needed for myself and my beautiful children.
