HORRIBLE attorney office. I work for a law firm and I knew they were being shady, but when they would not make it right is when I knew what crooks they were! they DO NOT even deserve 1 star. They did not work my case at all! I did everything on my own through my ex and his attorney! they double dip, they over charge, they charge as a rate that is not persistent to their contract. They make the attorneys charge at a rate even when it did not involve the time they charge for! They harass you and stretch your case out so that you are forced to keep making the biweekly payments and they do nothing. The attorney that was representing me on this matter actually called me and resigned from the firm because he saw what they were doing how wrong and crooked they are! He told me he contacted the bar and they even told him its unethical!

Untrustworthy law firm... dont waste your time or money with them!!! They are only worried about your money. Prime example of bad lawyers from the account to management!!! Their constant are good at drawing you in...dont be fooled...prime example of lawyer=lairs...I had an agreement with. The accountant, originally they said the monthly payment would be 360$ and I told them I wanted to pay them 400 to give them an extra 40 a month to keep my balance low, half way into court they said monthly payment was 500$ again prime example of a lawyer/lair....and when I asked them what was the pay off balance they told me 2000 so when I got the 2000 and was going to pay it off they told me the new balance was 6000, now keep in mind i did not have court for two months..so how did my balance jump up four thousand with in two weeks?!?Also when court was almost over, sorry S.O.B. Withdrew as my attorney when court is almost over...I mean hire at your own risk and keep all documents...I mean I would even give them a 1 Star

Very professional and understanding. Naidu Law helped me in 2016 with a child custody case. I was extremely overwhelmed as I was 9 months pregnant. Naidu Law office was very welcoming and helped me stay calm and thoroughly explained to me my rights as parent and we showed concern with the urgency of my case.

Had a good experience with Pam at the consultation so I originally rated the firm 5 stars. My case was assigned to Tamara which got fired the week after having my case. Not sure on the details with that but she was at the hearing and asked if I wanted to stay with her or Naidu. (Probably my biggest mistake because I chose to stay with Naidu due to Pam being there and thought she was going to represent me) Pam got there right as the hearing started and gave my case over to another attorney. The response wasnt filed with the court, so the judge didnt bother to look at it. It wasnt the Seans fault but it made us look very unprepared. My concerns werent addressed due to the response not being filed and lack of information due to the attorney just being brought on that morning. I called after the hearing to speak to Rhonda Naidu and never received a call back after leaving 3 messages for her. Addressed these concerns with 2 of their billing specialists and said Rhonda didnt speak to anyone who was behind on payments. (I had paid more than what they required for deposit and only owed $80 for the month but told them I wanted to speak to Rhonda before giving that payment.) huge mess. Wouldnt recommend.

They only care about the money after two atternys and 2 days before court you find they have dropped your case with no notice plus the excuse is their attorney,s are all leaving! Wow I wonder why. Hire at your own risk! Yes I was not the client but my son and grandson was I only paid the bill

I hired them for a case, notified them of the date and time. The lawyer was a no show. I resolved my issue myself. Welp, 1390 was paid to them before court. I only received 448.00 back for them to do nothing. I understand filing fees, but 60 dollars to hand an order over them so they can keep the money, I'd advise you to hire another attorney, niadu law is trash and they treat you like your the problem. Thanks Naidu law!

I contacted this firm to send a letter to my building's landlord regarding required repairs to my commercial space.The firm took forever to send a simple 'what are your intentions' type of letter to them. I had zero updates on the process, and when I tried to contact the attorney directly I was told that she had been 'triaging' other cases instead.It took them over six weeks to complete what should have been a simple task and get the letter served to the landlord. During the time that they were fooling around my situation, caused by a code violation on the landlord's part, fell apart and my business was shut down by the fire marshal until the violation is cured.I would think that writing a simple letter would have taken at most two hours plus delivery but I was billed over $900 for this service.I had to beg them repeatedly for an invoice and report of what they did. I finally hired another firm to take it from there.The attorney I had, I have hired her previously when she was solo practice and had excellent results. I believe the problems come from the office administration.

This law firm is amazing. All the attorneys work together and were able to get me the outcome I wanted and more. It's financially affordable because they do payment arrangements. If it wasn't for Pam and the law firm and all their hard work I would not be as happy as I am today.

I found that this firm has an excellent retainer fee option, which has allowed me to make monthly payments, for which I am extremely grateful. I am very impressed with my own attorney Mr. Telford, and Ms.Ronda Telford Naidu came in to introduce herself during my first visit. I was able to get in immediately and within a couple days of my first visit, they already had documents ready! Im so proud to have chosen such an accomplished, impressive law firm with such a gifted staff. Im so thankful for this firm, and their handling of my legal needs.

if I could give this law firm no stars I would. I hired them to fight for visitation and the attorney I was assigned bowed down to the other attorney mine didnt ever stand up for me. All she could ever say is did you think about my suggestion about rehab she always continued my court hearings! this firm is money hungary!! I hired my current attorney went to court the first court hearing he got my more than what I asked for and was way cheaper and he said you dont need rehab. Take your money and time else where. This place doesnt care about you they only care about your money!

This lawfirm will do nothing for you and your case , they will take every dime you have and provide the worst service imaginable. I called for months and couldnt get ahold of the attorney on my case, the only time you will hear from this firm is when its money related. Over a year later and i still have not received a call from my attorney, i told them the beginning of this year i no longer wanted anyone working on my case . The kept sending bill after bill. The finally sent the withdraw papers a couple of weeks ago. In 2017 we went to court twice and did not even go in front of a judge and my bill is over 30k. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. I will be reporting them to the Bar association hopefully to avoid this happening to someone else.

Ill be more than glad to expand on the issue of this 35,000$$ frivolous invoice your firm is charging me for.Your lawyer that was assigned to my case did not inform me of the day or time of the mediation hearing to settle my case. She just texted me and said we have a hearing in 1 hour Very unprofessional !!The manner in which your attorney, the opposing party attorney, and the mediator was extremely rushed, neither myself or the opposing party knew the hearing was for that day, and we were both unprepared to reach a settlement. Kit and the opposing counsel pressured both of us into signing a settlement agreement that was both incorrect and furthermore incomplete due to the lack of resolution for child support arrears. I told Kit to contact CSS several times and resolve the issue before they intercept my tax refund. She didnt do that and they intercepted thousands of dollars of money I could have used to pay toward the balance I have with this firm. And even more insult to injury, the opposing party went back to doing drugs and attempted to kidnapped my kids. I had to file an emergency order on my OWN with no help or even a call back from your office.Tell me why or how I owe you 35,000$$ for an incomplete job that I had to end up doing myself? And now you refuse to remove yourself from my DHS case so I can enforce the opposing party to pay child support. Over that frivolous amount.How does holding my DHS case hostage help these children ? This only indicates and further proves my point that your business preys upon children and families. Your attorney (and the opposing counsel) filed a couple simple motions, and botched this entire case. And you think I owe you 35,000$$ ??If this how your business has to make money, I would be extremely embarrassed or humiliated to own or operate it. Folks,Stay clear of this predatory practice. Thats all I have to say. I attest to the heavens above my words are true and correct!!

They do not return phone calls or emails. Seventeen months since divorce was final and they still have not finalized 401k issues or retirement issues. I do not recommend this firm. Considering filing a complaint with Oklahoma Bar Association. This could be averted if someone would simply return calls or emails. That is correct, I am not a client of your firm; unfortunately, my sister is. Her divorce was final in July 2017, and as of today, February 20, 2019, the 401k and retirement issues are STILL unresolved.

DO NOT HIRE. Paid them $1,080 just to hire them and they did absolutely nothing for my case. They contacted me once in a month, thats it. Believe the 1 star reviews. They wouldnt even give me a refund knowing they did nothing. My next step is to file a complaint with the OK Bar Association.

The attorney who they assigned to represent me in my divorce gave my ex-husband pretty much everything, was rude and refused to listen. The accounting department has not sent me an invoice to show me what my money paid for. They say I didn't make payments my bank statements say otherwise. When I fired my attorney in OCT, I agreed to pay 100 per month on the remaining balance of $1057. Now they say I owe $5100. The accounting department changes stories every time I have talked with them. I have already paid over $3000, and now another $5100??? Still today they refuse to send me an itemized explanation of all the charges. I am barely able to pay bills and put food on my table, $5100?? so 8k for divorce?? I just talked to Naidu Law. What a great experience! I needed help with my Divirce Decree from 1984. For some reason some countries need it to say Final Judgement and ours do not. So she proceeded to help me to try to get it with the caption. Unfortunately I need to go to the state where i was divorced from, which was Kansas, not Oklahoma. But I wish she could have helped me. What a pleasant experience!

I am so beyond frustrated with this firm. Since I started with the firm, they have switched my attorneys FOUR times. Keep in mind, this has been going on over the course of seven months with no progress made on my case since last October AND the firm has charged me (over $3,000) for each of the newly assigned attorneys to catch up on the details of my case- STILL NO PROGRESS. I have literally not received a single response via email or phone call back from Pam (the surpervising attorney, because my case needed special considerations- doesnt speak well of their best attorney) since she was assigned as my attorney- not one single time. I've released her as my attorney and requested my files over a month ago now: She is still assigned as my attorney in court and needs to withdraw from my case. It is no surprise that something as simple as withdrawing from my case still cant be accomplished from this firm. Who do I need to talk to about this? Be warned: this firm does NOT care about their clients. What they are fantastic at- making sure they get their payments and charging you for their own shortcomings.

I started my divorce earlier this year paid several hundred dollars I called several times finally got a call 4 weeks later attorney told me he was sick waited several more weeks papers was still not filed . This whole time I was paying them 90 dollars a week I stopped paying for services not provided .I done own divorce now I never received a refund for services not done I recommend looking for professional attorneys to help your needs I'm filing a complaint to Oklahoma bars association

Then they withdraw from my case the one and only day that i complain about their services. Way overpriced for the lack of commitment and resolve. Wish i could get a refund of the $5000+ i spent. Poor attitudes from people knowing that they are dealing with people at their worst time.

This place has been a disappointment to say the very least. Trying to adopt my step son and has been over a year and have paid almost 3 times what the Initial 'starting fee' was. Still to this day there has been absolutely nothing done. I received an email that my case was to be re assigned to another representative and that if I wanted a refund to call this number. I call and Carissa basically told me that Brenda and herself were going to sit down and write up a receipt showing work in the exact amount that I have paid to date so there would be no refund given. If 0 stars were an option that is what they would get.So now over a month later from my above review and still no receipt showing any kind of work from this office. I know it probably takes time to come up with Bogus charges to steal from people but it should not take this long.

If I could give negative stars I would. We retained her Tulsa office over a year ago..with NO RESULTS. Our attorney has confused us 3 times with other cases showing complete unprofessionalism. We have had to continue to email asking what the status is over and over again throughout a year and all we have gotten was excuses.. 'other children in other cases are at risk for violence so their cases are more important' or 'i'm so sorry.. my family has been in the hospital and i've been in court for weeks and weeks' We finally say enough is enough- we need something done or we need our money back. We get another email from a completely different attorney giving us a huge list of things that have yet to be done... making it seem like virtually nothing has been done at all within the year that we've paid them.... or she gives us an option to cease representation and discuss a refund. So, we call to discuss a refund. I didn't expect to get the full amount back.. but seeing it as how we haven't even had one court date- we haven't had any dates to do a home study.. literally nothing has been done to move forward within a year... and we were told that they will make sure they will come up with an itemized list showing enough work so that we won't get any refund back. Not one penny.Update- we are STILL waiting on the itemized receipt showing the 'work' they've done.. we have called and reached out without any response back.
