I cannot say how appreciative I am of Shelley during our custody matter. Every visit to the law office, she had a positive and warm attitude that kept us smiling despite the circumstances. She also always provided us with realistic timeframes that our attorney could respond based on their schedule and she was consistently 100% accurate. This helped us to feel valued and connected with the law office. While I am looking forward to our custody matter being behind us, I truly will miss talking with Shelley.

Dealt with a serious incident at my husbands work (many witnesses)and thought this law firm would be a good fit for us. We met with Katherine, who was professional and informative. However, they did not take the case due to us not having enough paper trail and recommended we do just that when returning to work. We left the office, nothing could be done so we moved on. A week later, the law firm sends me a letter email saying they would take the case and proceed to explain the ridiculous costs if we decided to go forward. For those who know or dont know how law offices work.. they really tried it with us. My husband was dealing with a serious issue and instead of a phone call and someone taking the case for the right reasons. They went ahead and put emphasis on costs. Lawsuits often times take months and even if they dont conclude anything they will gladly take your money. We, of course didnt respond because if they would have considered to take the case I wouldve said, The company we are suing will cover your costs. I bet if that conversation wouldve happened, knowing maybe we wont/will win, they wouldnt have taken the case. Which shows me they didnt want to bother to put in effort and investigation the circumstances. Fyi: the establishment we wanted to sue is state run, unprofessional, racist, deals with A LOT of harassment (of all types), and are super unethical. Thanks a lot for your help Mazaheri.

Paid $250 and got 25 minutes of their time. We did not feel that Katerine genuinely listened to our concerns or offered a solution. Our child was present and left feeling disappointed with the outcome. Katherine never if we had questions just gave her opinion then said ' let's talk about costs because this is not free' she wasn't rude but that should have come last. Money is key here not family. We we're told that the evidence that we had was not enough even though our child gave her account. Beautiful office sprinkled with heartless attorneys. Money pit

The Mazaheri Lam Firm is a very professional, friendly organization. Ann, took great care with my devorice case, she always had my best interest in mind and was a fantasict guide though a very troubling time for me and my child. We recently had an adoption case w/ the mazaheri law firm. Katherine was our attorney and was WONDERFUL. I have worked for and with attorneys in the past and I have to say I'm not quite fond of them, but this group of people were wonderful. I never felt like i was being pushed to the side or that our case was taken just for the money. They were very imformative and VERY on top of things. I wouldn't hesistate to hire them again and have defiinatly spread the word to friends and family that are in need of legal assistance
