Divorce Attorney Randy Lee Bumgarner

I am writing this review on behalf of my mom, Barbie. She went through a divorce and Randy Bumgarner was there to help her through these times of need. He gave her professional advice and did a professional job. My mom is very happy with the services that he provided and the outcome of the case. I am also very grateful for him helping my mom. Thanks Randy!

Avoid randy. He took all my money upfront before working my case of child support/child custody and represented me very poorly. He and his law firm kept miscalculating my paystub and putting a very high gross income which resulted in a very low child support amount. He always showed up late in court and argued poorly so I began losing my case until I left him for another attorney. He also gave me false information about filing taxes stating that the father of my child is supposed to alternate filing taxes with me yearly so far as he pays child support. This was not true at all. The law only allows the parent with physical custody majority of the year to file and mother is not obligated to allow father to claim child if she does not want to. So the point of my review is that future clients of child support and custody beware of him. He was also friends with my son's fathers attorney and allowed her to calculate the child support hence the amount was very low because my gross income was exaggerated. Beware everyone. If I could give zero stars I would.

Randy has been a godsend!! I will never forget our first meeting... he told me I seemed frightened. I told him my ex is very manipulative & cunning. Randy looked me in the eyes & said, Well, maam... theres a new sheriff in town now. Youre looking at him! I knew then that I had found the right guy. Randy proved me right over and over again! Randy did an excellent job at representing me in a divorce/custody case that went to trial! It was a very hard, very contentious case throughout. Randy always told me to be patient, and in the end he was right!

Randy Bumgarner is a Father and he shows up every day as if the children in his cases are his very own. Randy will keep them safe.

Called for a quick consultation, and randy has awfully rude! I was just trying to explain a situation and he got off topic, he talked aggressively, I felt he was very unpleasant. I definitely would never hire an attorney like him.

It is not often that I write reviews, however, I had to write a review for Randy because he literally went above and beyond of what I would ever expect.I went to Randys office just over a year ago when I thought the world had crumbled beneath my feet. I spoke to Randy about my situation with tears in my eyes. He told me that he would take care of it and not to worry. I have been to attorneys in the past and heard those exact words, so I was not hopeful. I ended up hiring Randy that day and I can honestly say that it was one of the best decisions I had ever made. Not only did Randy live up to his word but delivered much more than I thought possible.Randys professionalism and competence are second to none. He was there at every hearing, made sure every legal paper was filed, and explained everything to me along with options.I not only met an attorney but someone I can honestly say is a friend. I could go on and on about Randy and how great of a person he is.I would highly recommend Randy and his team for any legal issue you may be going through.He wont let you down.

What felt like an eternity to close the case on my ex, Randy was on top of things the entire time. He knows his stuff and he knows the law. I felt represented in court with the right attorney. Seeing Randy in action was the best part. He is definitely in his wheel-house when in the courtroom.

I do not feel my fiance was well represented. We needed an Oklahoma attorney as were from Indiana, Mr. Baumgardner realized our precarious situation and in my opinion gouged us on the price! This attorney didn't even follow trial court procedures. Information about previous child endangerment from another state was never admitted into court nor did this attorney do any leg work to help my fiance, to get that court information, or to fight for what was good and just. He sure took our money though. We paid him $5000.00 and got screwed by the court too!! Beware and do not use him! (I've seen the other reviews, why weren't we as important as all these people? Why didn't you, Randy, go above and beyond for us? Better yet, WHEN will you finally work for your client?)

In the beginning of my divorce process, I thought I had hired the best attorney in the business. Unfortunately, the further in the process I got, I realized that was not the case. He made a lot of promises to me in the beginning and by the time it was all said and done, I was just as ready to be done with my attorney as I was with my ex-husband. I had a VPO on my ex-husband and Randy's assistant told me I did not need to show up to court to have the VPO continued that Randy would take care of it. Randy did not show up to court and the VPO was dropped. He made it right and went to the judge and explained his mistake. The judge agreed to continue the VPO. But then it happened again. Except by this time, Randy and his assistant both were not answering my calls or emails. I no longer have a VPO on my ex-husband, thanks to Randy. If I wanted to know anything about my divorce case, I had to find out through OSCN. I didn't even know when the divorce was finalized. Now I am paying the price again, as I am having to fight my ex-husband on a very poorly written decree. Things that I couldn't have known at the time would come back to bite me. If you have a narcissistic or manipulative ex-spouse that wants 50/50 credit for child support but doesn't want to actually support the child then don't hire Randy, because he will convince you to agree to a ridiculous settlement and then want you to hire him again to take your ex back to court.

Randy is an amazing person and lawyer. He always kept me on track and to the point when emotions were high. He knows what he's doing and he has an awesome support team behind him. Thank you guys very much!

Randy is a super attorney and helped me through my toughest times in a divorce, child custody and child support issues. No one plans for a divorce but you need quality representation in court issues, Randy is that. He will give it to you straight, if reconciliation is able, he will push for that, if court or mediation is needed, he informs you of appropriate options.
