I was blessed to meet Allison at Canadian County Courthouse while I was filing a VPO against my now Ex-husband. I didnt have legal representation yet and was very lost. My first attorney was absolutely horrendous. Believe it or not he is now a county judge. I had no idea that he was on his way out as an attorney and did not care about his clients anymore and was about to become a judge when I hired him. Needless to say he messed things up for me and got me in somewhat of a hole. I got ahold of Allison and we basically both agreed that we were going to attempt the near impossible. Allison was able to take on my ex wifes very experienced and very ruthless attorney with no problem. The GAL that we had was not really very ethical and it showed. When the GAL was on the stand Allison was able to make her look like a student setting in a law school class or something. She did such a good job that the judge basically completely overturned his first ruling that I received with the horrible attorney and he basically totally ignored the GALs recommendation and gave me exactly what I asked for. I have dealt with multiple attorneys in my life and I can tell you right now, that Allisons rates are very very very reasonable. Especially when you look at how experienced she is. As far as my experience with her goes, it was a very good one.

Allison has been a dear friend, colleague and counsellor. She is direct, does not mix her words, and listens. She is passionate about her clients' needs and family. She. will go to the bat for you every single time. I highly recommend her as your attorney. She puts you first and foremost ALWAYS.

Allison is a great, experienced attorney and counselor. Keep in mind that as I say this I ended up paying most all of what my ex felt entitled to and I settled in mediation. However, my decisions were informed with a clear understanding of how the divorce and mediation process works. This is because Allison kept in touch and took the time to ensure I knew all of my options and the reasoning behind all that was happening during the process. Furthermore she was astonishingly up-front and truthful in her counsel, but she also lent an empathetic ear as a person who has been through her share of adversity. I found this tremendously helpful for coping with the fact that I was going to have to lose a big chunk of my a$$ets to my ex. The bottom line is, although every case may be different, Allisons qualities likely make her an exceptional choice as your attorney for your case.

I have known Allison Hart for many years and she is a very competent attorney. Her only flaw as far as I can tell is that she cares too much about her clients and their situations. Poor excuse of a laywer. She took money from my man and his family and did more damage then good. She tried to set his father up with a wallet that he turned in because he's not that type of person. It's a sad case to say the least. If your looking for a good latwer she's not the one I promise you that!!!

Allison helped me get a divorced moving that stood stagnant for 4 months with no kids or assets involved because the other side was playing the game. Fair prices and easy to work with and transparent regarding statuses of the case and communication. Her knowledge and quick thinking when the other side (boo Tammy Boling) was stalling showed her wide variety of work and experiences. She rectified a temporary order I had signed and helped me get more out of my divorce than I thought I would. Definitely would recommend you working with Allison on your legal needs.

My husband and I had the worst experience with this attorney. She was unorganized and couldn't remember our case from meeting to meeting. We were charged an obscene amount of money for a modification we ended up dropping. She helped the respondent more than she ever helped us. Do not go to Allison Hart.*In response to Allison. I hired you for my divorce. (The married last name was different.) You also handled my current husbands divorce and child custody modification. In both divorce cases the defendant was better off than either of us. For the child modification we paid monthly for a breathalyzer that you failed to check. We paid a little over $2,000 for nothing about the situation to change and were told if we wanted to continue we would have to pay more. I would say thank you for your time but I am truly not sure how much of it you gave.

Stay away from this lawer my son hired this so called lawer. And she talked him into dropping order of protection against the step father that dhs confirms that Brett Purcell foundeld my son's daughter. She was recording every meeting we had in office and on phone then she gave all the information to the other side. She made it look like my son is lieing about his daughter telling him that Brett Purcell is touching her private parts. She went as far as to set me up in bathroom of her office by leaving a wallet on toilet bowl I confronted her about it so she knows I know she tried to set me up. Yea what happen was don't know this area so when I Hired Allison I didn't know she was friends with other side and this lawer called Stacey. So Allison got paid off to throw PO on Brett. Not only that but she made a deal with other side to put restraining order on Brett Purcell in place of protection order. But she took restraining order and put it under the mother heidie Purcell to hide it from parole department on Brett. But we know all this now I have a good lawer going after her for lack of repasantaion. This lawer is the biggest lier I ever seen. She should be disbarred. Stay away from her.

I recently met Ms. Hart when I drove a friend to meet with her. My friend had told me that Ms. Hart was a great attorney. I found that statement to be true and then some. Ms. Hart or Allison is what she will have you call her, was very friendly, attentive and honest. I listened (with my friend's permission of course) and observed Allison as she worked with my friend. She explained things in a manner the was understandable, listened to my friends questions with concern and promptly answered them with reassurance and guidance. My friend's situation was promptly taken care of and all went as Allison had described. No surprises. I would highly recommend Allison for any legal needs. Actually, I had a situation that I needed advise on which she answered for me after finishing with my friend! I will continue to call on Allison with any legal need I have.

My wife and I consulted Allison during the adoption of our son. Due to the nature of the situation, we had multiple hurdles to cross before the final adoption could be completed. Her previous experience handling the sequence of events that are required and her professionalism in the courtroom made it possible to overcome the normal, and sometimes unique, obstacles. Part of the process involved the termination of parental rights for the absent biological father, adoption by step-parent, and filing a new birth certificate that lists our son's new surname and us as his official parents. Allison's counseling of us through each step and obstacle that we faced, eased our confusion and lessened the stress and questions involved for an otherwise insurmountable task. Her guidance and perseverance turned our struggles and lack of knowledge into a successful adoption; this life event has empowered us and made it possible to move forward into the next step of our lives as an even stronger family.
