We faced a giant of a nightmare in civil court, that appeared insurmountable! Today, May 29th we celebrate a complete victory! We are still in shock, but Scott Banks, Jordan Hutchison, & Matt Swains team pulled off a miracle for us. If we could give them 10 stars we would. Alison Roberts... I can not even begin to explain to you how amazing she is. And the firm she works for. Matt is also amazing... but my one on one is with Alison. I felt pushed off when I called. I think the lawyer assumed because of the location of the accident, I wouldnt have that much damage to my car. There ended up being well over 3k worth of damage. I would have felt better if he offered to follow back up with me, but soon as he heard the location, he seemed ready to dismiss me.

Words cannot express how grateful I am for the help I received from Matt Swain over the 4 years dealing with my cases. He showed professionalism but I was always able to call and talk to him. His office is close to the courthouse and I felt he represented all options to me. He took care of everything and would just tell me when to show up at the office or courthouse. I have completed all programs and was not charged with 2 felonies & 2 misdemeanors because of his help. Give him a call if you have a problem, that's what I did... he just might be able to help you too.

Swain Law Group is very unprofessional. They never filed my paper work with DPS and my license was revoked. I found out about license suspension when I went to my insurance agent for renewal. I asked Swain Law Group to provide me the proof that they have filed appeal and they were not able to provide the proof. Their answer was it must be lost in mail and secretary was failed to make a copy for paper work. To justify their mistake they said, what you want us to do, fire our secretary. How this law firm be a loyal to their clients when they are not loyal to their employees. Do anyone really think that they have fired the secretary because I said so or would it be fair with the secretary. The secretary most likely has family to support. On top of all this they used profanity and yelled at me while I was having meeting with them. I would never recommend this law firm to anyone. Good Luck.

My daughter and i were in a pickle in need of a lawyer to represent her and found Matt through reviews left by other clients and called him. He was super responsive and saw us immediately and was just like talking to a good friend! He spent quite a bit of time with us and gave us his cell number in case we needed something. Matt Swain and the rest of his law firm have helped me tremendously with my first offense, a DUI misdemeanor. Not only have they been extremely helpful and straightforward with my case, they are also incredibly reasonable when it comes to the cost of their services. Matt helped me with my case, and gave me a head start on what to do in order to deal with this offense, so I was way ahead of the game and got through this charge with relative ease, considering the amount of time and money I had to surrender as well as the stress I had to endure. The the rest of his firm stepped in and helped me as well, which was comforting. Having a whole gang of lawyers on my side made me fell less 'in the dark'.
