I havent had one on one experience with this firm, however my family has and is currently. My brother is being taken advantage of by this firm and in term so is my mother! I do not recommend. From the very first consultation my brother had with this firm, they werent on his side. For whatever reason he continued to use this firm is beyond me. My brother is never able to contact his attorney and his attorney showed up to his court hearing with Blue jeans and a plain T-Shirt. It is the 21st century but you should still remain professional! I am beyond upset and I feel so bad for my brother because he needs as much help as he can and cant go anywhere else and is stuck between a rock and a hard place. With only 6 reviews and two major dislikes is sad. I personally dont agree with the 3.3 stars that they have, they shouldnt have a firm at all. My brothers best interest isnt at heart and they are totaling screwing him!

Paid the attorney in full for two cases. Once she got me a coviction on my record she decided to keep the money I had paid her for my custody case and stopped returning my phone calls. Jennifer was the attorneys name. I would not recommend her services.

Kristie, the paralegal, was very friendly. She answered all of my questions with confidence and I felt like she knew that what she told me was the truth.

Jennifer O'Daniel is a joke. She does not advocate for you. She does not know what is going on even after you explain it to her multiple times. She does not keep abreast of the situation. She knew nothing of opposing counsel, knew nothing of court orders for drug tests for hair, nails, etc, even after she ordered it, it was done incorrectly. She never took responsibility for her mistakes. She could not get anything correct and never kept me updated on what was going on. She even told me they canceled the court date and never called me again. I tried calling her several times to no avail and then tried to reach out to Mr. Wirth, that was a joke, his secretary told me to call her and have her call Mr. Wirth. Oxymoron, if she is not answering my calls or calling me back how am I suppose to have her call them. The court date wasn't canceled and no one showed up for my side that day. I hired another attorney when I found out. Jennifer O'Daniel and the Wirth law firm are a joke. I paid them and got nothing in return.
