Mr Rochelle is a honest and hard working attorney that get results in a short period of time. I consulted Mr Rochelle while I was living in Oklahoma but during my experience with him I moved to North Carolina. He represented my case in court for me so I would not have to travel back and forth to get my divorce. Mr Rochelle retrieved my personal property that others told me I probably wouldnt get back in the divorce. He is an outstanding attorney with an excellent staff that is there for you every step of the way. I would recommend Rochelle Law Firm to anyone that want fast and honest results.

Did not share details as they became available. Not aggressive. Did not keep information confidential from opposing counsel. Did not meet all obligations. Honestly, you get what you pay for with this guy. I thought hed be great since he was a veteran, was on the bar, and touted pro bono work on his website, but in reality he was lazy, unresponsive, forgetful, and not aggressive. I will not recommend his services to anyone.

Tells you what you want to hear and then doesn't deliver come time. Hard to get a hold of and have to continue to call back to reach him. He also allowed for my divorce decree to be written up to where I can't deduct the added payments (not child support) for tax purposes. A real lawyer would have recognized this and not allowed it. He just wants your money and to settle out of court. Don't waste your time or money on a smooth talker. Hire a real lawyer instead of this guy!

This is the worst lawyer in Lawton Oklahoma. He charged me a pretty steep fee for half a$$ job. Its been 4 years since he worked on my case and till this day I have a temporary order, never made it permanent. Like what have you been doing this entire time? Oh! maybe scamming others and taking their money for piss poor service. Im just so upset cause at the time I didnt have any serious cash to afford a good lawyer so like they say you get what you pay for. To top it off I recently called him to see if he could help me out and close the loop on my case and told me to complete it where I currently reside at cause he doesnt want to keep charging me, like hey guy you havent even finished what you started. I really do hope he sees this maybe would refund my money. Sir if you see this its a child support case not a divorce. I wish I could post the voicemail as well just so people can hear the garbage you left On it

ProsHis price was reasonable Him and his staff are very friendly. Look below for ConsConsI do not recommend paying all at once like I did. Do half now and other half when finish or about to finish. I felt helpless because I already paid my money and customer service was terrible.Text, email, phone call will not get a response within 24hr periodand not even 48hrsMy opinion his work load and staff which causes miscommunications, paperwork done incorrectly, and a lot of backwards and forwards with paperwork.Was given pamphlet on taking online parent/ divorce class. Went to website and class was not available, so I have to look for the class myself by using Google for the state of Oklahoma. Spoke with him about this issue and he replied any class will do, but I was thinking why give out pamphlet with wrong information on it.For paying $1050 you would think that paperwork sent to my ex at least get her name correct. Not just spelled wrong but another person's name. I chosen Robin based off he had a lot more positive reviews then negative. Then went back and I actually read all of the negative reviews and all of them were accurate and can relate to there experiences. Him and staff does not take ownership for mistakes.In my line of field I deal with people every day. I always strive for customer satisfaction. There customer service is horrible, needs work and can do better. The potential is there to be a awsome lawyer and staff. A huge work load interferes and can leave a lot of unsatisfied customers. I also notice for every negative review he always has a answer too lol. Some people just do not want to hear excuses. Just say I'm sorry and try to do better next time and double check assistants work.

Completely unprofessional treatment of potential clients. After reading the positive reviews on google, I called on a Friday to schedule an initial consultation. They scheduled my phone consultation for 3 days later, on Monday. Later Friday afternoon they called me back and said sorry, something's come up and we need to reschedule you for Thursday at 3:00. So I waited to speak to someone on Thursday. When no one had called me by 3:15 I called their office to verify that I was still scheduled for my phone consultation. The woman who answered the phone assured me yes, Mr. Rochelle was just running behind in his previous appointment and would call me soon. He never called me. I wasted a week of my time waiting to speak to him, a week when I could have been advancing my legal case. If this is how he treats potential clients I shudder to think how his paying clients are treated. He lost my business before he even had it. I will be hiring another attorney.

my experience was horrible from the beginning with this law firm. From day one I was getting the run around about my case and I wasnt getting any feed back. No progress a year later, Im still where we first started . They lied, and they also took money that shouldnt have been taken. He informed me that he have bad memory thats why things werent getting done. I would not recommend this attorney but its your decision.
