I really am disappointed in the service that I received here with Mr. Shaw. I paid to have something expunged off of my record 10 years ago, yet here it is again popping up on a background check. I reached out to the firm and finally spokewith Mr. Shaw and he basically told me that there is nothing he can do about it because it was only expunged from Oklahoma and no other state. Even tho he readie reassured me at the time that I had nothing to worry about because no one could pull up my records in the future. If I wanted it permanently expunged than I would have to pay him once again. Bad business!!
