My experience with Skaggs Law Offices was simple, honest and pain free.I hopped on Google almost immediately after being pulled over and started looking for an attorney I could have represent me in Jackson's Traffic Court as I was just passing through on business.Judging by the numerous 70-60-70 and 60-45-55 speed limit changes in close proximity, it would seem Jackson, Ohio has a soft spot for out of state intestate drivers. Thankfully, there's Skaggs Law Offices. Two phone calls later (three at most) and I had electronically signed the paperwork, paid them in full over the phone and didn't have to spend a single minute from that point forward stressing out about the process or results. My citation was reduced from a suspiciously high alleged speed to a non-moving violation with no points. In my opinion, while it's almost always the case that you get what you pay for, with these kind of results I'm a bit surprised I didn't have to pay more.If I could give these folks six stars I would. Call them.P.S. As most of you probably know, a lot of companies these days will offer kickbacks, discounts, etc., for five star Google Reviews. I don't know if this company offers something like that, but if they do they didn't mention anything about it to me. I can honestly say that I'm just a customer who was thrilled with the results from this law office and haven't received anything in exchange for this review (even so much as a thank you - which is totally fine, as that's not why I've posted this). Excellent attorney! I had the best experience with Skaggs law firm. I had a traffic violation that was years ago and it came to the point that my license was suspended. I now live out of state and therefore I couldn't handle it myself. I had called several attorneys in Jackson and each one wanted a bunch of money to take care of this. So I was skeptical. However, he charged an extremely fair price. Then not only was he extremely reasonable, he was fast!!!! Next reason I would recommend is his staff are awesome! Melody in particular was so nice, very knowledgeable and extremely fast as well. There's also another young lady I spoke with that was so friendly too. Simply if you need an attorney that will fight for you and is more than reasonable then Mr. Skaggs is who you need to call. Hands down would reccomend. I would give 10 stars if I could. Thank you guys so much and Melody you were fantastic, thank you a bunch!

I called several law offices around Jackson Ohio to discuss my options with my speeding ticket and Justin was the most upfront knowledgeable the moment he answered the phone. He told me exactly what my consequences were going to be, what my options were, what they meant, what he could do and prices all on the first phone call. Some others i had previously talked to acted like they barely knew what a speeding ticket was. Not sure if the receptionist even knew anything about where she worked. Justin handled my ticket quick and easy and i paid over the phone with no issues because im out of state. Definitely recommend him.

From the start Mr.Skaggs gave me a very open and honest legal consultation, I then decided to go ahead and hire him for legal representation.
