Mr Fisher represented me during my custody case and I couldnt be more pleased. He got me full custody of my 2 year old when I didnt think it was possible. He is very professional and friendly and works very hard for you. He is not afraid to go to bat for you and will fight hard for you. He explains every step of the process in great detail. He is always quick to get back with you if you need him. Prices are very reasonable as well. I highly recommend Mr Fisher.

I gave the Attorney full authority with all information and even more evidence that could be presented in court for trial that was never even used or considered. Then while being reassured that we could beat the no nonsense case that would be so simple and easy. I was convicted and sentenced solely on hearsay when he 'accused' didn't even appear for trial .. after I pleaded to take the plea deal it was only offered after a year of no contact with my kids and even after the case was closed there was still a tpo that we ourselves had to get taken care of on our own. The Attorneys don't care, they just want money, I was sent a $450 bill to appeal the case after I've already suffered and served my time. This law firm is a Joke from consultation to finish.. my 1 star does not recommend the firm to anyone else period

Staton is a terrible lawyer. He never looked into my case. He barely even knew who I was in court. He never returned any calls. He immediately wanted me to take the plea deal and flat out said that if we went to trial we would lose. His appearance was terrible he had food stains all over his clothes. All he was worried about was money! Get another lawyer, he isnt worth the hassle.

Suggest you look elsewhere. Personally experienced major issues dealing with Mr. Fisher. My situation was complex, but I believe he had no business handling my case. If your case is simpler, maybe you'd have better luck than I did.

This attorney had an illegal power of attorney put in place for my friend's mother. She had already been diagnosed with alzhiemers and my friend was told you couldn't get a POA after diagnosis. How did her aunt get one through this firm and not have a judges signature. We checked and it isn't on file in the courts because it was apparently done illegally by Mr. Fischer.
