If you want to be financially drained over your lawyers wrong information and changing agreement orders, after you have signed, then Chuck is your guy! All we wanted was a modification to a child custody order that was given to us, from Childrens services and the parents lawyers, without any input from us. Thanks to Chucks WRONG info we were charged with contempt. That led to a lot of lawyer fees and finally a modification agreement 7 months later. Chuck was to type up the agreement, read on record in court, and have all patties sign and submit it. After we signed, he decided to change some things for one of the parents, even though we told him that we did not agree to it! This led to more problems and opportunities for us to keep being brought back to court. We had to hire a different lawyer to make things right. It cost us 27 months of our lives, focusing on these problems, and $20,000 in lawyer fees! You know, when your paying someone $300 an hour, you expect them to know the laws and not do shady things, like changing already signed agreements!! Do not use Chuck Wagner!

I was shocked when I read some reviews and decided to give Mr. Wagner the recognition and appreciation he deserves. I have used him a couple times over the past 25 years. I refer him to all my family and friends, if they need such service. Mr. Wagner was prompt to court appearances and meetings in the office. He is thorough and attentive to needs and explains every detail to your understanding. We are very pleased with his services and his positive attitude. Dont pay attention to the naysayers Mr. Wagner, they are out there and make life harder for the honest, hard working people like yourself.

Don't waste your time with this attorney. Everytime I'd see him I'd have to explain my case over and over to him. He never really knew what was going on. He filed the wrong motion and about got my case thrown out! He doesn't know if he is coming or going. He says he understands but he doesn't all he is worried about is money! Very very money hungry attorney!! Don't waste your time with him!!

Dont use. Overcharges and over estimates the time he puts in to his cases. Was late for court more than once. Tried to say a 15 minute hearing was 2 hours of his time (600 dollars) , even when he showed up over an hour late. His office is like the blind leading the blind. Dont use!

Chuck is my guy. I've used him multiple times. My divorce , what man gets custody in Ohio, Chuck got me custody of my daughter . He is actually the most Honest lawyer I've ever met . im 48 I've had a few . Chuck thank you for being you and doing what you do.

He is a crook dont wast your money no public defender will do 10 times better for you than this criminal will charge me $2500 for a misdemeanor somebodys word against mine all the evidence cameras and witnesses saying that I didnt do what I was accused of and this man did nothing for me but take my money I still got the charges . Not even dropped .. A buddy of mine used him for a bigger case charged him $10,000 and didnt even get a day off the original sentence if you use him for a divorce like my father did you lose everything youre better off using a public defender then Chuck Wagner

Was late to first hearing,forgot to tell us that we had to show to court,found out the day of,his associate called and said where you at ? Luckily we was close to court house had to rush at the drop of a hat and rush to get to hearing ,we was half hour late to court,never comunicated at all throughout the entire case of what was going on.He told us he swore on his 'reputation'that there would be no jail time for a first offender,well his 'reputation'speaks for itself,outcome was jail time ,i would not recommend chuck to my worst enemy ,dont waist your money

Said several times how he was 'working on a bigger case'. Was very unhelpful and ended up having to go to a different lawyer while we started the process of filing a complaint with the Dayton Bar Association over issues with getting the remaining amount of our retainer. Would not ever recommend.
