I found Amy several years ago from the phone book. She is compassionate, knowledgeable, professional and most of all, an advocate for me. She helped me through a difficult time and fought to make a wrong right. She has always been available to me and never made me feel stupid. She has very reasonable prices and is willing to work with you, she respects your situation. I have referred multiple people to her throughout the years and they have ALL been very satisfied. She has been my attorney for years and has never let me down. Not to mention she has won every time. I HIGHLY recommend Amy Levine as an attorney.

had the same experence as other. this place is just looking for money. a bunch of young guns jumping out the gate beliving they are just top notch. i had one phone call with alexa and she attended my two hearings one which cost an addition thousand dollars because it was so short noticed. i actually spoke with another attorney there to have him represent me and the day of the hearing Alexa showed up. in 3 weels 3500 GONE. they want another over 1700 just to show up to my hearing next week. called my local court house and they have no record of her being my lawyer saying they have not been in contact with her when what im being mostly billed for is calls and text to the court house and betweeen her and the prosecutor. completely unprofessional and in the career path all for the wrong reasons.

I highly recommend hiring Amy and her team as legal representation. For my needs, they check all the boxes. Responsive, honest, knowledgeable, reasonable, and empathetic. They make otherwise unfortunate circumstances pleasant, which is not common or easy to do.

There are reasons why they have a 3.8 rating I'm giving a star because I want everybody to know my review They are very unprofessional they don't care about you and they will not fight for you Alexa is the attorney we are dealing with and all she has done is go against us charge us enormous amounts for phone calls messages emails If she reads anything you're gonna get charged so on and so forth we pay the retainer they call 2 days Before court to tell us that we owe them and X amount of money For a child custody case against my husband's ex wife And if we do not pay they will not go to court with us we ended up paying it and they said that after we pay this amount of money that we should be charged a whole bunch of money after that was a lie.. With that being said my husband receives an email from his attorney stating she is withdrawing from his case against his ex wife because the presently we were on a payment plan a never was on a payment plan I do know that every 2 weeks we will get a bill in the mail and we're trying to gather up all this money on top of paying our bills and being charged X amount of a lot of money for this attorney who claims she's fighting for you so never was not a payment plan the last day but we received was 2 days ago stating that it was asked do all we know is that we would play and keep the retainer fee as some assert amount well that obviously wasn't the case for Alexa because she wants her money And she doesn't really care on how people are middle class Citizens that are hiring attorney to help them get some type of custody of his daughter .. Which she has failed us and I don't think that A laferm should call their clients 2 days before court wanting a huge amount of money or they wouldn't represent so what is the point of your services and now you would draw from the case and we don't even have a court day get because it's in mediation..... Wow how professional!!!!I think we could have done better with the results that we have right now if we just did this all on our ownThey love to call you on here say just to make the money they have drained us completely And they obviously will not fight for what you want I advise to go somewhere else All they are about is money money money..

I gave these guys over $50,000 and they are just about the money. Do your self a favor and talk to several smaller firms and find someone you can trust.

I just wanted to say thank you to thank you to Clayton and his associates for saving me from being wrongfully convicted. I was charged with domestic violence, assault and disorderly conduct. I was attacked in the middle of the night while I was asleep in bed. I was arrested and charged as the aggressor and had my whole life stripped away from me. I was demonized, labeled and marked as a monster. Clayton listened to what I told him about what happened that night. I remember telling him that I know everyone says that they're innocent but I actually was innocent. He reviewed my case and took me on as a client. I know that this case was not an easy task by any means. I thought I would be convicted and be looked at as a woman beater for the rest of my life. It was a long road getting to trial and it was one the most stressful and scariest things I've ever had to go through. In the end Clayton showed the jurors that the evidence told a different story than the one they were trying to sell. He made my accuser show herself as the liar and manipulator that she really is. He saved me that day. I don't have to spend the rest of my life being thought of or seen as that kind of person. My friends, family and most importantly don't have to see me as that kind of person. Even though they all know I would never do anything like that ever. They may have taken the home and life I was building and most of my possessions but they didn't take my freedom or my dignity. Clayton Lopez is an outstanding attorney. He honestly cares about representing his clients to fullest extent. I have to say that I did get nervous a few times about how I thought it was going but that's probably normal for anyone in that situation. Thank you for believing in me Clayton. Thank you for fighting for me sir. Most of all, thank you for not letting them convict an innocent person. I think a lot of people would agree with me when I say that I don't have much faith in our legal system. You made that system work. You are an amazing attorney. TERRIBLE. Incredibly unprofessional. This law firm is all about the money and they do no work for you. Completely unorganized. My advice is to run.

Had a good experience until my lawyer quit the firm towards the end of my case. I had the option of going somewhere else and paying a new retainer or continuing with a different lawyer there. I was given a lawyer at a different office 20 miles away that billed me hours for things my first lawyer had already done or knew about and made most of our conversations about money. Started out good and ended bad.

Christina was the absolute best. She kept everything together for me and helped me with my bankruptcy which took a couple years. Shes extremely organized and gets back to you quickly. Thanks for making this pretty big life situation as seamless as possible.

Worst firm I have ever dealt with. Switched lawyers on me, filed things incorrectly and we're just rude.Stole 5k from me and I have had better luck getting my son back by representing myself. Very unprofessional and can't believe they are still a firm. Will be reporting them to the BAR association to get Justice for the wrong doings they have caused. I would not ever recommend this firm to anyone even if the case was taken on by them as a Pro Bono.

I called to set up a consultation with an attorney, and the receptionist told me to come into the office the next week. I mentioned that I'm very busy, I am the only one who cares for my children every day, and it would be best to schedule a phone meeting. She then asked if I was just trying to get free legal advice. Beyond rude. I just hired another attorney because of her unneeded commentary. I called to cancel my phone meeting, and she answered and when I explained why I was canceling, she said, 'Sounds good' Do not call this office. If they let the receptionist speak to future clients like this, I can't imagine how current clients are treated.

I retained this law firm for my case, I was quoted a high retainer(close to 10,000, I'm keeping actual price private). I was told that the whole retainer may not be used, (though I was told they charge $200-$300 an hour). I paid money upfront two days later. Two motions were filed. Everything was fine till I received the invoice. I was charged for every email and phone call if they were put on hold I paid. Every motion is reviewed by the owner of firm (on your dime of course) though it seems great at first after a while you feel it's just to charge more fees. I called the law firm to ask about the invoice and was told I needed to maintain retainer at the original price agreed. (In other words replenish the money and maintain close to a $10,000 balance.).If I failed to do so the attorney would be pulled from my case. I communicated my situation, and found them to be less sympathetic than I would've liked. I asked to make payment at a later date. I received notice for my court date. I needed to file a waiver of appearance which I agreed to. After signing the waiver; the following week I received an invoice charge of $1,200 for one waiver?! The next day I received a call from said law firm to make a payment, to which I declined after seeing the charges on my invoice. I still had a substantial amount on my account but once I declined to make a payment (I was playing situation by ear since I was told the whole retainer may not be used but quickly realized this was not true) I was told my attorney would be pulled from my case; I was upset by the treatment and agreed to withdraw the attorney since I was already threatened). I later called back to receive a balance and my call was then transferred to the attorney and after complaining they agreed to discount my account. They agreed to talk to owner to figure out a few things; to which I agreed. I decided to withdraw from this law firm and spoke to the owner to which I felt she was also less sympathetic, (at least to my taste). I decided to sign the withdrawal, receive what I had left and chop up my losses. The so-called discounts that I received ended up being used through phone calls and emails. I received a letter from owner stating I would receive a final invoice with what I may have left? A withdrawal motion and receiving my file (which by law is mine) costs close to $4000? I have paid a total close to $10,000 not one day was spent in court. I have another attorney which I hired at the same time as this law firm and they have done just as much work, just as good, quarter of price. I hired an attorney for same said case two years back twice for less the price as well. I read prior reviews and didn't believe it until I went through it myself. The stress I have had to deal with is sad, I am posting my review to be honest, I personally do no not recommend this firm. I am still waiting to see how much if anything would be returned to me. I will update review at a later date, pending the outcome.

If I could give zero stars I would! I called to try an hire a attorney to handle issues in Ohio. The receptionist had a horrible attitude the entire time. All I wanted to know was can they handle the issue at hand or not.

Office Assistan/Manager was very rude when I called to speak to an Attorney that I had previously been working with at another FIrm and he now works for Amy Levine. The office assistant rudely began demanding a $400 retainer fee that I was unaware that I needed to pay before I could speak to the attorney. I told her she was rude and she flipped the script as though it were my fault. If I had not had previous service with this attorney, whom was very professional I would take my business elsewhere.

Never ever use this firm.
