Andrew Stevenson was referred to me by another attorney and exceeded all my expectations. Andrew was very open and honest with me throughout the entire legal process and kept me well informed. After speaking to other offenders and hearing their situations I was even more grateful for having Andrew as my attorney. He resolved my case with what I can now say is the best possible outcome. It was very apparent that he knew the law, the court system, and the people we would be dealing with which only further helped my case. Andrew Stevenson is a top notch attorney. He helped me out of a very stressful situation where my f4 felony was lessened to an f5 and also found a diversion program to join so that it will eventually be expunged if I do the work. He was very practical the entire time, never got my hopes up and definitely did his homework talking to the prosecutors and finding the best possible deal for me. His secretary is also amazing and every time that I would call, even to verify a court date, she would check to see if he was busy just in case he had something new to tell me. We did play phone tag at times but he always called me back whenever I would miss him within a day or two. All of these services were included in my initial retainer fee. I never felt like I was alone in the entire process or had to hunt him down for information and he definitely did his side of the work for me. He also has a great sense of humor, which helped a lot in a scary situation which could have derailed my entire future. I believe I made the right decision with Andrew Stevenson, he really cares about what he does.

I was indicted on 16 sexual battery charges. I was looking at a lot of time behind barsand my kids. I was such a hot mess throughout the whole process and Andrew was not only there as my Attorney but as a voice of reason, a calm in the storm to help answer and ease some of the unknowns the best he could. He is very pleasant and down to Earth. Hes very honest; nor did he give me any false hope. He was just pragmatic on what the possibilities could be no matter how good, bad or ugly they were. The most important to me though was that from the first time I walked into his door on our very first consultation, I never felt judged. He believed in me and what we were fighting for. Justice was served and all 16 charges were dismissed with prejudice. This could have completely ruined me for the rest of my life family wise and career wise because in divorces anything goes to win. Extremely happy with Andrew. Always available to speak with you if you have any questions. We live in another county and Andrew had an hour drive to get here. Never a problem for him. Always there for the court date. He even sent copies of everything to my home when my son had a problem getting his mail. He called the day before every court date to make sure we didn't miss one.
