Clark was quick to respond and seemed very reliable and able to help. I asked about a certain situation concerning a interlock violation that wasn't technically a violation because the tech had me at a .02 instead of a .04 and said I was below the .04 and couldn't charge me a fee. I was worried the DMV would come after me later simply for a violation. I would recommend this firm for questions and concerns about DMV hearings.

Mr. Dummit and his team worked through stages to move me from Permanent revoked to a limited privilege, and now to fully restored: first it took Motions for Appropriate Relief in court to change convictions, then another court action for Petition for Limited Privilege to get me driving, and to change the DMV hearing statute under which we were applying and finally several DMV hearings to get a full restoration, but the team kept working through stages to wind me through the complicated process of a restoration. Mr. Clarke Dummit is a legal Genius with a tenacious & relentless appetite for Justice!! From our initial consultation, this case was given the utmost importance that was handled with impeccable moral principles. The Dummit-Fradin law firm executed an unwavering defenses on my behalf that lasted Five years, Two months and Fourteen days with the judgment being D I S M I S S E D!! Initially after being continued countless times by the States' Assistant District Attorney for miscellaneous reasons, Mr. Dummit won the case; but was immediately and spitefully appealed by the ADA. Subsequently, it's my assumption that this case was nonchalantly transferred to a myriad of ADA's to drastically lengthen the appeal, in hopes to produce a guilty plea bargain. Thereafter, Mr. Dummit filed a Writ of Mandamus, which forced government officials to properly fulfill their official duties & correct an abuse of discretion. Although this trial was stagnantly lurking between Administrative, Appellate, District and Superior Courts for Sixty-Two months & Fourteen days, Mr. Dummit fault tirelessly to protect my rights. Ultimately, the stars aligned in our favor on March Sixth, Two Thousand & Twenty. Within his opening statement, Mr. Dummit presented several factual arguments to be proven. He continued with an arsenal of defensive motions, which included Knoll (322 N.C. 535, 369 S.E. 2d 558 / 1998). He relentlessly scrutinized one eyewitness and two expert witnesses during his cross examination. These ingenious legal strategies built positive substantiation for my defense, while simultaneously shredding the credibility of these erroneous allegations. Most importantly, Mr. Dummit illuminated some mysterious passages from our United States Constitutional Amendments. He articulated how this case had infringed upon a few of these Constitutional Amendments. Consequentially, the ADA was frantically searching for a rebuttal, with no resolve. In a cowardly manner, he began to realize he was being conquered by a superior litigator. If I could leave less than one star, I would. This is the most incompetent law firm I have ever worked with. The turnover rate was ridiculous--both with the lawyers and the paralegals, and ultimately all of our lawyers quit the firm. They referred our case to another firm and that was a disaster. They lost our records and I beg you to never, ever, ever use this firm. I would have done better to represent myself. They did nothing for us. We did ALL the work. My husband had to gather all the records, do all the spreadsheets for our accident and the law firm couldn't even get this to the new lawyer they chose to represent us after their incompetent attorneys quit. Many of our records were lost in the transition and when we complained about this to new lawyer he said this had happened on all the people they referred to him and he had to tell them he wouldn't accept any more cases. Ultimately, this experience was almost more traumatizing than the terrible car accident I was in. If you want sub-par incompetent legal representation, then use this firm.

Received a ticket in 2017. Going on almost three years now. Spent almost $1,000 and was still slapped with reckless driving despite it being a first time offense.Dummit Fradin couldnt even explain to me what they did on my behalf other than show up for me in court. 100% do not recommend working with these guys especially with traffic cases.

The legal system can be difficult to navigate these days and Dummit Fradin attorneys are experts in their craft. The staff is understanding, knowledgeable and hard working. The team at Dummit Fradin recently helped me to win my DMV hearing for license restoration and I could not be more grateful. This was my second attempt at winning this hearing and I want to stress that if I had enlisted Dummit Fradin's services prior to my first hearing, I could have possibly saved $600 and two years. I didn't think it would be necessary to have an attorney for the first hearing attempt and thus I walked in blind. Half of the battle in any hearing or court case is knowing what you are walking into and what is expected of you. I thought I was aware of the requirements, but was entirely wrong. Without the assistance of Dummit Fradin Attorneys at Law, I would have once again lost $600 dollars and would be waiting an addition 2 years for another hearing.
