I got a speeding ticket last fall and contacted Minick Law Firm since my case was a must appear. I live 250 miles away and it was not feasible for me to travel to court so Stephanie and Robert helped me resolve my case. This was my first speeding ticket in more than 10 years and I didnt want to have to pay the increase in insurance from a 4 point ticket so Robert was able to have the ticket reduced to a 2 point violation. Stephanie was very helpful through the entire process and I would recommend this firm to anyone looking for a great attorney! Both Robert and Stephanie were very professional and very helpful! I was charged with a DWI back in October 2015.. The Asheville police DWI task force charged me with DWI. My income solely depends on transportation to and from job sites and to perform service calls. Without this evidence I would have lost my case! He proved that what the officer recalled 6 months later was not, as it had happened. His thorough questioning of the current laws/education of the officer and mistaken recall of the officer, actually gave me a fair trial! I was found not guilty!
