I was referred to Brent Garner for my child custody case back in JULY and I have never felt so confident by the way he talked that hed be a huge help for me and my family. Now, understand he will do an outstanding job at making you feel like he can and will truly help you but in all honesty dont for one second fall for it. Ive never felt so taken advantage of, helpless and ignored in my life. He is not professional at all and I can from experience say that he does not care about his clients. I have been pushing and pushing to get answers about my case but I might as well talk to a wall because he does not return calls or let alone follow up with his clients. He got his retainer fee, showed up to court for me ONCE looking completely unprofessional, and got a temporary order in place for me with NO return court date for my case... MONTHS have gone by and I still have no answers which is absolutely heartbreaking for me and my family. I trusted and believed this man would help me with such a difficult situation but I was very wrong. I dont normally write reviews but if I can save anyone else their time, money and heartbreak then thats all that matters.

Her office was neat and organized and easy to find and access. It was a positive experience, with great satisfaction.

After hiring him for my custody case, I was told to call him the next Wednesday if I hadn't heard from him here it is a month later and he won't return my calls so I've asked for a refund since he hasn't done anything for me and I'm waiting on a call back for that as well since he hasn't earned the money I gave him

I just called to speak to a lawyer and they ask for 150 to speak to a lawyer. Im a Father who just wants to be in my kids lives that needs help. Very disappointed.
