Kris and his paralegal Shelley have walked me through every step and helped me understand the process clearly and patiently. I am a resident of Arkansas and was having a very difficult time finding an Attorney who understood the very special rules on division of military retirement benefits. I even consulted local JAG attorneys and they did not know how to properly calculate the correct division. Mark Sullivan is an expert in military-retirement benefits, and was retained to calculate the benefit my former spouse was entitled to. He calculated the correct amount prior to our hearing. Since we were not able to settle on the amount prior to our court hearing Mark flew to Arkansas to provide expert testimony on how the amount should be calculated. After presented his calculations to the court the opposing counsel did not even contest the calculation. I was extremely impressed on Mark's knowledge on the subject military retirement and his presentation skill's during the trial. He is an Army Retired Reserve JAG Colonel, and a board-certified family lawyer since 1989. Mr Sullivan is the author of a book on military divorce covering military retirement and pensions.Anyone who needs expert representation

Definitely would NOT pay that kind of money for that kind of representation again. It all plays out.....until Game Time (court). I was handed off..... from the beginning, personally by Sullivan. .....And Never even made it to Game Time.....after THOUSANDS and Thousands spent on a plan that never even made it to the courtroom. In Fact - I could have done in the court room by myself what I paid so much for representation for. I'm NOT at new'b at retaining attorneys.....not by a long shot. I have retained some of the worst and some of the best in over 15 years of being in the domestic court room. This legal firm is very intelligent, very detailed in their preparation.... But when it came to game time to stand in front of the judge and put into action our definitive game plan.....The actual implementation of that plan... All washed away. Just another very expensive attorney that went through the motions......at a very High Cost. I got it, attorneys cannot promise an outcome. I understand there are no guarantees in the courtroom when you face a judge. But you have to get in front of the judge and try to implement your plan to even have a shot at it. Right? Right. I was Impressed with them.....all the way up to the court appearance. .....then I got nothing. There's not enough reviews out there on attorneys. It's like rolling the dice. And that is far too expensive of a game to play without some reviews. Will here's your review. Take it or leave it and Have a nice day.
