My husband received a speeding ticket in Mount Airy NC as we were traveling to WV. Due to his speed it was 'mandatory' that he appear in court or hire an attorney, we were unable to pay the ticket online. Since we live 5 hours, one way, away from Mount Airy we decided to hire an attorney. We hired Ben Royster after a little internet research. I emailed the firm and Ben called me within an hour after sending that email. He took all the necessary information, relayed his plan of action, we paid his fee and included the approximate fine and court costs, but were hoping for a dismissal since my husband hadn't had anything on his driving record in quite a few years. Ben sent me the necessary paperwork by email immediately after our phone call and I got that back to him. On Thursday prior to our Friday morning court date he informed me that he was able to have the case dismissed after meeting with the DA. I'm grateful for the dismissal, obviously, but I was very pleased with the fact that he was personable on the phone, called and emailed in a timely manner and gave us as many details as he could about how this could end up for us. I would definitely recommend Ben Royster and firm if you find yourself needing legal help in the Mount Airy, NC area.
