He "represents" a family member, who has been incarcerated since July 2021,who he hasn't made a visit we had made a request for bond reduction, and was LIED TO, And still to this day we have had NO responses from ANYONE

If I could give no stars I would he didn’t open nothing I brought to him lied and said he would get me my children instead I am having to pay another attorney to clean purkeys mess up he created for me. Everything he said was sign this do this out of good faith well good faith bit me he also said if I didn’t agree to a custody order I would get less time which was a lie. He is a terrible lawyer no call backs or emails and I can prove this even his paralegal said I can’t make him call you back and his copartner at the time said he no longer works at his firm and I wasn’t the only victim he did dirty so he basically stole 5,000 dollars from me and then my whole world took because he didn’t care

I wish I could give negative stars. I’m not one to ever say bad things but this was by far the WORST attorney. He lied to me, Forced me to sign court documents, did not present all my evidence, and put his finger in my face in the back of the court room and said “I will not lose my GD license over you”! He told me by crying I would get reported to the judge, if I didn’t sign 50/50 the judge would give my daughters father full custody and take her from me. He was more focused on his new job than my case. He kept telling me “I feel like you’re saying I’m not doing my job” (he wasn’t) I could never get in touch with him. I had to go to the courthouse after court to pick up my agreement because he never provided me with a copy. I asked for my documents after firing him and he mailed me a letter “containing the flash drive” yet there was no flash drive inside. He will not return my calls because I told him I will be reporting him to the bar. If you hire him good luck. If you had a good experience, great. If not, I feel your pain. I am now having to wait on my documents from him to find an attorney who can help me. Let me also add, he made the comment about my childs father; “he must care he paid his attorney double what you paid me” “I wouldn’t be representing you if I didn’t care about your daughter” “I would have filed for emergency custody but that’s $3,000 and you already owe me more money”! So again, if you use him GOOD LUCK.
