I am a real estate broker who has had many real estate closings in the past 15 years with this office. They always answer the phone and return my calls. Closings go smoothly and their office sees that the property gets closed on time. If there is a problem, they always try their best to resolve it.

Would have never hired their services if it wasn't for the person I bought property from that recommended them. They are not great at keeping and appointments or informing a client about any updates. On top of that, it doesn't seem to me like they do much research on their own. They want you to hand every information at their hand without moving a finger. Not good. Lady at front desk is BEYOND rude, I was waiting on attorney and phone kept on ringing and she hudfef and puffed about the phone ringing and was very disrespectful to whomever was at the other line. Never seen anything like it before.

I am from out of town and I got a speeding ticket in this area. I paid Mr. Keller's office over $300 to take care of the ticket and meet court in my behalf. Well I just got a letter in the mail saying that my license will be suspended for missing court. So he took my money and did not show up to court for me...I called his office and they don't know why the court date was missed but said that he would take care of it. we will see

Several years ago when I purchased my house, Mr Keller's office handled the closing. I found out the following year when I got my tax notice, his office used the wrong tax parcel ID. According to records I didn't own a 4 bedroom house, I owned a double wide next door. So they cleared that up, then later when trying to refinance for a lower rate, I find out that the legal description is wrong! Where in the legal description it said go so many feet east, they wrote go so many feet west. So I had to hire a land surveyor and another attorney to fix that problem. The other attorney found 2 or 3 other mistakes Keller's people made, so he fixed them also. It seems that Mr Keller let's his staff run the office and he will fix what ever they mess up, IF YOU CATCH the mistake. Real estate is something you don't want mistakes on!!!!

REALTORS OF LENOIR PLEASE GET A BIGGER ATTORNEY GENE POOL, YOU’RE STARTING TO MAKE US ALL LOOK LIKE CHEAP FOOLS. I have used this firm in 2017 as a “buyer”, and 2020 as a “seller”; so let’s drop the pretense that anybody picks this firm. Most just accept what they get around here. This firm was chosen by default unless objected because he is cheap. SO TO BE CLEAR, our 2020 buyer chose to hire an attorney, that would BOOK HIS 2WEEK VACATION during their closing date? So the paperwork will be in to the location but not before ROBERT AND BECKY go on vacation?? TRUTH IS OUR WHOLE GROUP WAS READY TO CLOSE ON 12/11 BUT BECAUSE THIS FIRM BUNGLED THEIR TIME, SOMETHING DIDN’T FILE IN TIME AND NOW THAT THEY ARE GONE ...TOUGH???? DIDN’T THIS FIRM ACCOMMODATE FOR THEIR VACATION TIME TO BE COVERED??? I never considered the two realtors who we used before as cheap; however, it seems that they must have thought themselves or us as cheap, or that it didn’t matter. WELL IT DOES FOR THOSE WHO GET TO HAVE CHRISTMAS AT THEIR HOMES... NEW OR NOT. NO WONDER IT IS SO HARD TO BUILD UP THIS COMMUNITY. HAVE A GOOD CHRISTMAS REALTORS.
